The hotel was satisfactory, being advertised as a 4-star establishment. However, the facilities and aged infrastructure fall short of justifying its star rating. Furthermore, its distant location from both the airport and city centre may be inconvenient. If your intention is to enjoy a lively nightlife, it would be advisable to book accommodations closer to Playa de Bossa.

O staff do hotel é maravilhoso. O hotel tem uma vista mar incrivel,mesmo em cima da Cala de S Vicent. Peq almoço e jantar 5 estrelas. Hotel tranquilo,optimo para descansar. Tem supermercado,restaurantes e paragem de bus ,mesmo junto ao hotel.

Acabamos de estar en este Hotel, no entiendo las reseñas negativas. Tuvimos una pega con la habitación asignada no achacable al hotel y en recepción enseguida nos asignaron otra con una amabilidad excelente. Habitaciones bien, limpias, personal excelente y buffet desayuno perfecto y cena con variedad suficiente y muy rico. Ubicación espectacular. Volveremos seguro.

Hotel magníficamente situado en Cala San Vicente. Buffet muy bueno y variado, la atención del personal genial y la habitación de cortesía para el último día un punto más a su favor. Por poner una pega, el aparcamiento que es complicado. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

Nous sommes 3 et nous étions obligés de réserver 2 chambres alors qu’il y a bien 3 lits dans 1 chambre, de taille adulte. Ils se cachent derrière la soit disant loi de l’hôtel. Lit pas confortable et pas de lit double Personnel désagréable, surtout la manager qui ne cherche aucune solution aux problèmes et pas donné de raison légale valable. On aurait aimé plus de considération et compréhension. Pas de transat disponibles. Oubliez et prenez un autre hôtel

Good points : It's a great area with a nice sea view and a beautiful beach. The Staff was very friendly. We had a good time, and I recommend going to this side of the Island. To improve: The hotel is a bit old school, and the furniture in the bedroom was old and damaged. A refresh would be well recommended. The annoying part was that we couldn't pay for our drinks directly at the bar, so we couldn't follow up on how much we were spending. Why do they accept cash only? My sister joined us for dinner, and they charged her 30 euros per dinner, which was way too expensive for the quality of the meal. It's like a canteen. (The good thing was that they changed the meal options often.) The hotel does not have parking, so finding a space near the hotel during the day wasn't easy . Like everywhere in the world, people leave towels on long chairs all day long. It wasn't very pleasant when they were not even going to the pool for hours; we couldn't sit sometimes. It would be great to be more strict about the rules so everyone can enjoy and respect each other. :)

Perfeita a nossa estadia, o hotel de frente para a praia, os recepcionista muito atenciosos, a comida deliciosa no restaurante e todos com muita atenção, o quarto limpo, perfeito para a nossa estadia com criança de 9 anos. A praia é calma principalmente para crianças.
