I would like yo say that the staff and entertainment crew are next level, The heavens opened up just before the michael Jackson show and every body had to go indoors the rain was pouring , I could se that the staff and the entertainment crew was trying to figure out what to do because it was unexpected rain it was sudden it wasn't forecasted it just came out of no were , They moved everyone indoors in the bar area and they announced that due to the heavy rain that the michael Jackson show would not be possible ! The whole off the staff and entertainment blew the night out the water they put on the best entertainment and at the end of the night they managed to do the michael Jackson show i was very impressed with the effort Tge entertainment staff crew are 5 stars in my eyes , the bar staff are hit and miss there is few of them with rods up there **** but there are some great bar staff just one or two plant pots that are a bit stuck up 😎

das Essen war doch sehr auf englische Urlauber ausgelegt, was immer schade ist. Auf der Toilette fehlt eine Bürste! der Papierhalter war schon aus der Wand gebrochen, was nicht repariert wurde. Auf dem Balkon wurde nur einmal gereinigt innerhalb des Aufenthalts

Average at best. Don’t stay on the top floors or you’ll be waiting 20 minutes for a lift every time. You could choose to take the stairs but do so at your own risk, the ceiling collapsed and the hand rails were falling off. Bar staff will give you better drinks if you tip them (which is a bit corrupt). Staff don’t care about the lifts or dangerous areas. Good location.

O hotel tem muita falta de manutenção Crianças de 12, 13 anos não podem dormir em mini sofás. Não pode existir bolor nos quartos num hotel de 4 estrelas. Só vale a pena ficar neste hotel por estar tão bem localizado

Super staff, an amazing location with lovely views (in some rooms !) The food was lovely and fresh and plentiful with lovely staff. A large hotel over 7 floors but we always managed to get a sun lounger (September visit) not so sure about peak season! Slightly tired in some aspects but rooms were fine and always clean. Loved the close proximity of the beach, and would recommend.

This hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. Situated overlooking a stunning cove, the location of this place could not be more beautiful. Check in staff were unbelievably friendly & the process was so easy, the smell that greeted you on arrival in reception was like a spa. We had a superior sea view room which was perfect, spacious & immaculately clean. Fresh towels everyday & beds changed every other day. The choice of food at meal times was vast & in my opinion there was plenty of choice for everyone. Well cooked & flavoursome. The staff were so friendly with the exception of one guy who did the bar at night who was so rude. The animation team were excellent, massive shout out to Mikey. This guy puts his entire heart & soul into everything he does, i’ve never known a guy as happy before. He’s an absolute pleasure & a credit to the team. Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes without a doubt.

Good and bad points with this hotel. Rooms are tiny but very clean beds changed everyday. We felt that some part of the hotel were immaculate other parts were shabby. We were half board but went out for most nights as the food in hotel was disgusting although plenty of choice it was tasteless or over cooked and salad was soggy.the breakfast was better than evening meal.the best thing about this hotel is that its right on the beach.

We stained only one night and I am really glad that it was only one. Definitely won’t be back. The few good things are bathroom toiletries and the room view over the cala.
