Hotel Brancamaria exceeded my expectations during my stay in Cala Gonone. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing a detailed map explanation that made exploring the area a breeze. While the breakfast was satisfactory, the comfortable accommodations and prime location (not so prime) more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Brancamaria for a memorable stay in this beautiful coastal town. Huge thanks to the receptionist for their outstanding hospitality!

The hotel is nice, close to the pier, parking is convenient, and the staff are friendly. However, please note that you must specify the number of people when booking a room. The hotel price will be calculated based on the number of people staying, and children over 2 years old will also be charged extra.

Chambre assez spacieuse, vue mer. Literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons profité de l’excursion bateau avec l’hôtel c’était très bien. La piscine est grande et très reposante avec son bar. Dommage qu’elle ferme à 19h.

Sono stata all'hotel Brancamaria tra fine ottobre ed inizio novembre, trovandomi benissimo. L'hotel ha una posizione invidiabile, e gode di una bellissima vista da ogni angolazione. Al nostro arrivo, e per tutto il soggiorno, la camera era pulitissima ed ordinata; ormai "plagiata" dal programma "4 Hotel" 😂 ho fatto anche la prova polvere col dito... Non c'era nemmeno un granello da nessuna parte! Un piccolo appunto alla stanza: il phon da parete (quello che assomiglia ad un telefono) è ormai superato e poco funzionale, soprattutto per un 4 stelle. Tutto il personale, in ogni reparto, ha dimostrato fin da subito grande cortesia e professionalità. Un esempio: una sera ho dimenticato la giacchina in ristorante, subito consegnata alla reception che mi ha avvisata con un messaggio. Nonostante io fossi andata via da pochi minuti, hanno avuto la delicatezza di mandarmi un messaggio sul cellulare, anziché chiamarmi al telefono della stanza, per non rischiare di disturbare. In merito alla ristorazione, la colazione ha degli orari molto ampi e comodi (dalle 7 alle 11), ed offre diverse scelte di dolci (biscotti, torte, muffin), ampia varietà di bevande e farciture (confetture, Nutella, miele), nonché opzioni salate. A cena si avevano 3 scelte sia per il primo che per il secondo (mare, terra, vegetale), mentre il dolce era solo uno. Un importante plus offerto dall'hotel è la navetta gratuita, con una corsa all'ora, verso il centro ed il porto, e ritorno. Vorrei sottolineare che la professionalità dello staff è stata evidente già prima del soggiorno, con l'invio di un utile e completo promemoria, in cui mi è stato anche chiesto se avessimo allergie o intolleranze alimentari, al fine di adeguare il menù.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto la fortuna di ricevere un upgrade della camera quindi da una tripla normale siamo passati a una tripla con vasca idromassaggio in camera, non vi dico l'entusiasmo di mia figlia di 10 anni! Ci siamo rilassati davvero tantissimo, camera davvero grossa, molto pulita e fornita di tutto. Gentilissima la signorina della reception che mi ha fatto anche stampare del materiale di studio. Avendo poi moltissime allergie alimentari mi è stato presentato il maitre che ha cucito una cena su misura per me permettendomi di mangiare primo, secondo e contorno. Per chi ha difficoltà di questo tipo è davvero una cosa bellissima! Colazione super ricca sia di salato che di dolce. Spero davvero di soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura che ha reso i mie pochi giorni di vacanza ancora più speciali.

Wir sind schon seit Jahren in diesem Hotel und fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl. Das gesamte Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und immer sehr sehr sauber. Einfach ein top Hotel und nur zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel Brancamaria nel mese di Settembre e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla pulizia e dalla cura dell'intera struttura, nonché dalla disponibilità di tutto lo staff che si è sempre mostrato disponibile e sorridente. Ottimo il servizio navetta per il centro del paese e assolutamente da consigliare il tour delle cale in gommone, direttamente gestito dall'albergo. Una menzione particolare meritano i giovanissimi e simpaticissimi ragazzi che si occupano di gestire la bellissima piscina dalla quale si può godere uno splendido panorama. Esperienza assolutamente da consigliare per chi vuole godere delle bellezze del posto e nel contempo soggiornare in una struttura elegante e confortevole.

Pleasant hotel but very disappointing evening meal - barely warm, poor quality and presentation. Had booked for 2 nights half board but ate out the second evening. The staff appeared incredulous that we didn’t like it but it was the only poor meal that we had during our week’s holiday In Sardinia

Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed a week. Staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful. There was a problem with our room on arrival and the hotel was fully booked so they booked us into another hotel for the first night while they fixed the problem. Room when we got back on day 2 was great. Restaurant staff were fantastic, especially the maître d’, food was great and service excellent. Only visited the pool once but again the staff helpful and erected an umbrella for us so we could have some shade.
