I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. We truly enjoyed our time here! The room was both comfortable and new, and everything was in perfect condition—except my husband had to sleep on the sofa since our daughter didn’t want to give up the big bed! The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic! A big thank you to your chefs for serving exquisite dishes and exceeding our expectations with high quality and service. One of the biggest advantages for us was the heated pools. Our daughter could hardly be pulled out of the water! The kids’ club was also a hit, where she had fun celebrating a koala’s birthday. The medal she received was a lovely bonus, and it now hangs in a place of honor at home. We also appreciated the selection of dishes on the lunch menu. The food was delicious and varied, and the service was truly excellent. I must mention the cocktails and shows in the evenings. The cocktails were so tasty and beautifully presented—they were definitely the best I’ve ever tasted. Once again, thank you to everyone: the receptionists who welcomed us so warmly and explained everything, the chefs who prepared such wonderful meals, the waitstaff who were always timely and attentive, and the team in the kids' club. And to everyone else whose hard work made our stay special.

have not been properly maintained in years the big pools are very cold loud restaurants with lots of flies, high noise and barely mediocre food.

We feel this hotel needs an honest review as many of the reviews on here do not accurately describe the hotel and amenities. We have stayed in many hotels, and believe this hotel warrants a 3* at the most. I have detailed below each section of the hotel and what we found. Room - We had a family suite with a hot tub on the rooftop. The rooftop itself was lovely, and we got a lot of use from the hot tub so cannot fault this. We had a sea view which was stunning. The hot tub itself made a very loud noise on and off through out the day and night which often woke our little one up in the night as the bedroom is directly below. The room itself needs a-lot of work. Kitchen area you can barely fit one person in. I found this area very dirty, already had dirt/dust in cupboards, sink and draining board was dirty and tap didn’t run hot water. Bin not often emptied by cleaners, we found ourselves doing so. Fridge was not very cold and had an unpleasant odour. Bathroom needs work doing. Cracks in tiles around shower, no ventilation so was always very wet and slippery on the tiles, be warned for toddlers. Had a constant sewerage smell coming from the drain in the shower. The shower water was also very unpleasant, after washing your hair it left your hair smelling horrible. Bedroom was ok, nothing amazing but bed was reasonably comfortable. Cleaning of the room was a bare minimal and not daily. We had to ***** the bed ourselves for them to change it. Towels only changed if you ask. Floors not swept so we swept them ourselves, cups not cleared from room or rubbish taken. Air conditioning not great in room. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. No drinks in fridge, one bottle of water provided when you first arrived. After that if you want more you had to fill up the same bottle by the pool or buy some from a local shop. Not great when you have children. If you want a cot for your baby you have to pay a daily charge which we have never encountered in a hotel before. Balcony rail was wobbly, this needs fixing before a fatality happens. Hotel customer service - we found them to do the bare minimum and extremely lazy. Our family had a sick bug when we were there, we asked hotel reception if we could have room service and explained the circumstance and they said no this is not something they provide. For a 4* hotel, I believe this is something which should be provided or considered. Staff round the complex didn’t seem to know what they were doing, asked a member of the restaurant what time it opened and they said they didn’t no. Reception staff were unhelpful, and not forthcoming with wanting to help in any way. Restaurants - food very poor standard, unhygienic and lack of variety. Flys everywhere. Meat was extremely tough, would very much avoid! Plates and utensils often had dirty food left on. In the smaller buffet restaurant people were using the same serving spoons to dish up food and double dipping in to meat and vegetarian dishes with the

Friendly greeting, clean and beautiful setting. Spacious rooms and great facilities for children. The staff are welcoming and informative, the food on the all inclusive option is lovely, with great choice at both the buffet restaurants and the A La Carte with plenty of options for all tastes. Service is good, swift and friendly. The outdoor terraces are partially nice to dine at. The entertainment was varied and enjoyable for all with a mixture of night time shows. Both my children age 5 and 10 enjoyed a morning at the Mini Club and had great fun doing lots of different activities and arts and crafts. The pools are beautiful and keep the children entertained for hours on end. The cleanliness here is particularly good. Seeing in the morning the staff keeping all areas clean, hygienic and fresh. The gardens and general areas are all cared for very well. The location on the beach is amazing as it’s a less than a few mins walk to stunning turquoise waters and white sand with lots of activities. We enjoyed an hour on a pedalo for 20E and they take card payments which was handy. The reception staff were wonderful, answering all my questions, ordering taxis for us and on hand all the time with a friendly smile. The only downside I can think of is that the games area (pool/table tennis etc) is a little dated and the machines a little temperamental. Otherwise a great stay, we were sad to leave and will keep some wonderful memories.

Clean, lots to do, Good food, friendly staff and beautiful location. We would absolutte choose This hotel again for sure.

Excellent swim up room with big garden ideal for our family with smaller kids and love for pool activities. Lots of kids activities and great evening entertainment. very service minded and helpful staff. Great food and large changing selections and themes in dinner buffet. great stay and wish to come back to this lovely hotel. Beach closeby but swimming depending on wind direction and a bit of gamble.
