For some reason at the height of the resort season the pool was not open as adverised on your web site. Also you say that toiletries and 2 bottles of mineral wayer are available in all rooms. There was no toiletries or water supplied to my room. And when I enquired about this the lady did no know about this.

You get what you pay for.

Super nice

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. This is my first time visiting this place, so I'm not criticizing it, but it's an inexpensive place, so I don't think it's a big inconvenience to stay one night.

Most of the places where locals choose to stay are rarely seen with foreigners. There are hot springs nearby, so there are quite a few tourists.
