No welcome drinks provided. No one in the hotel will listen to you. You'll have to manage everything yourself. The bar is closed and the pool is not working and dirty. Its better to go for a cheaper option in titos lane or spend a little more and book rennin by hayat.

Not a clean property, water was floating on the bathroom. Outside also drainage water was floating on the pathway. Food was really nice

The room was very damp and dingy. The washroom had water logging to the extent that day 1 water from bathing would stay for three four days without movement leading to slimy texture and a lot of smell. No exhaust fan working.

Very poor quality of property. Cottages are very dirty and washrooms are not up to the mark. I have booked for poolside property like a month ago and on the day of check in i was told to stay on a very average property like completely other-side of pool.

Terrible! there is no management accountable for anything that happens on this property. The staff simply says that they don't care about anything. On our arrival the receptionist asked us to give keys of our car and they will park it on our behalf. Then they completely broke our car. It was not in a condition to drive. Their mistake was clearly visible but still they were not willing to take any account for it. Even the other guests were not happy with their experience as well. Don't book this hotel if you want your trip to be smooth.

Property is good but rooms are not maintained properly. Requires major internal repairs. Problems faced to call attendants and certain basic etiquette is missing.

Worst stay ever, every thing about the stay was so bad that we had to change hotels the very next day.
