The rooms were completely different from what was shown in the photos on the booking site. The place was dirty and unhygienic, with paint peeling off the walls and broken AC flaps that didn’t work at all. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional, and the overall atmosphere of the property did not feel safe or comfortable. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended for families or solo travelers.

Our family’s stay at this nature resort was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the beauty of nature. The resort blends perfectly with its surroundings, offering stunning views of the mountains/forest and peaceful, serene vibes that made for a relaxing retreat. The accommodations were cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds chirping and the fresh air from our private cabin/room. It felt like the perfect balance of comfort and rustic charm.

Excellent services and hospitality.. Thanks alot. you had made our trip so much memorable. Fantastic resort view with good staff overall good experience Great pool, great staff, good amenities - and such good value for money. Met the owning family and they are amazing as well. A must visit & stay recommendation when in this side of Goa.

I had the worst experience at this so-called "4-star hotel." The rooms are shockingly small and absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had a terrible stench that never went away, no matter how much we tried to air it out. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches crawling in the bed—completely unacceptable and disgusting. This place is a complete scam. It doesn't come close to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere! This was a nightmare.

Our stay at The Mayfield Boutique in Goa, booked through Travel Triangle and Goa Originals, was an absolute nightmare. This property is falsely advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t even meet the standards of a 1-star establishment. The rooms were filthy and disgusting, with no attention to cleanliness or maintenance. To make matters worse, there was no hot water throughout our entire stay—a basic amenity you’d expect anywhere. Safety was another major concern. This hotel is absolutely not safe for families or even solo travelers. It felt extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The breakfast provided was beyond terrible. The quality of food was unhygienic and unacceptable, leaving us worried about falling sick. I wouldn’t recommend The Mayfield Boutique to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s a complete scam and not worth your money or peace of mind. A big scam to loot tourists $$$$$

So if of course photos are very different from how the actual property looks like. Why you should choose this : 1. Affordable price - 30k for 6 days for 2 rooms for us. 2. Not really staying in hotel for long hours. 3. Don't want to enjoy in hotel's swimming pool 4. Will not be eating in hotel's restaurant. 5. parking, wifi and etc etc etc.. Why you should not ? 1. Even Calangute beach is far - not at all walking distance, you have to use snooty or car 2. if you are staying hotel for long hours. 3. your kids want to enjoy pool. 4. you want to eat at hotel 5. want delicious breakfast with variety. my experience : checkin smooth, clean and tidy room, no balcony but pool view with naked glass, small wardrobe, no fan in room only AC, minimum 2 times call for any basic service request, parking was good, 2 small water bottles per day rest chargeable, basic breakfast like chotebhature, aalotamatar-poori etc, daily cleaning facility, spring bed .. yep that's it.

This property is a bit outdated. The hotel needs some love as it is old and needs to be renovated. The rooms are nice and big with very comfortable beds. This best thing in his hotel is the fabulous staff and top customer service. They staff is very efficient and always goes beyond expectations to please guests.
