Only super deluxe room are awesome. Food is average. Toiletries and housekeeping service is average. Overall average stay.

This resort is based at calongute, beach is just 60 meter from the property. Ample space for parking. One whould get taxi easily because taxi stand is just at entrance (however taxi fare are slightly on higher side, use giomiles for yoyr taxi booking. They won't come at resort you need to walk from resort towards main road lets say 100 meter, but it will save lots of money. Coming to hospitality its good food is awesome, will suggest book the property with breakfast option. Property is neat and clean, i stay here 13 to 17 sep it cost me around 20k. I did early check in it cost me 2500 extra. Early checkin and late check out varies. Over all good experience

Just visited this resort from 14th September to 17th September 2024 First of all this is not a beach property, 500 meters away from beach and very congested Narrow street towards sea. From main market area its 500 meter inside again with narrow and very jammed street where two cars cant cross, if someone came from other side then any one person have to take reverse to find a place for passing car. If we talk about property its good as property because of villa but I booked executive deluxe room which is not as specious as executive deluxe category. Car parking and entrance is on two different streets. I personally not recommend this property because of location. I booked room for 3 person they set extra bad with very hard mattress (mattress already parted in two pcs) even not given proper blanket with bedshet. I asked for soft blanket then they provide me same thing then I asked for a extra bedsheet to cover blanket from inside. Surface is small and hard its very very tough to sleep on extra provided mattress. My waist is paining every night I have to shift to bed we three person slip in 1 bed all three night. Third worst thing is pool timing. Two polls are there but pool time start from 9am to 6pm and large one is from 9am to 9pm in front of restaurant (food area). Breakfast is good but time is 7:30 to 10:15 and pool time is from 9am, so u cant swim without taking a breakfast, (this is worst thing I ever seen). villas and overall picture looks good but its very congested no spare space or garden area in entire resort where you can rest or sitting outside your room. Resort is covered with villas only. Small swimming pool is very very close of executive deluxe category room entrance or balcony of rooms. I book this because of ratting on all the site, but I came to know that this resort of One of BJP siting MLA of GOA so all give recommendation for this property. But I never rated this property as 4/5 or 8/10. I rate this 2/5 (two because of Bathroom & Cleanness of resort no other good thing I seen in this resort) There is many more good resorts at good location either on actual beach facing or on good market area, also value for money resorts in goa. On Calungute –Condolim & Baga beachif you really want to stay in North Goa. In south goa there is endless choices are there to stay and relax.

Hospitality services are very good. Their support staff is helpful and polite. The beauty of this property is it gives direct access to the beach. This resort is true value for money I can keep this hotel details saved in case if i'm visiting goa again.

Breakfast was too good...staff behavior was good...Hotel is nearby calangute beach and beach is just two minutes walking distance from hotel...its really nice to go for Morning walk at ⛱️ for vehicle and other help Sanjay is very helpful staff of the Hotel

Nice stay. Good ambience. .The restaurant staff were very good-natured and satisfied while serving food.Buffet break fast covered all south indian and north indian items and delicious. Swimming pool is good, hygienic, well maintained.
