Unfortunately disappointing experience.
The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive.
On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses.
The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old.
The swimming pool is ok.
The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine.
The service is good.
The wifi is not working in the room.

This is the second time i am staying in estrela and i went again only because of the experience from last time but i must say that quality has been deteriorated a lot. Apart from a rooms everything else was bad. The food quality and the selection of food was horrible. I had breakfast and dinner both. The artists from the live music looked like bathroom artists. The restaurant staff members behaviour is as bad, it looked like they are frustrated from their bosses. There was construction going on in the property that made it uncomfortable and dirty. I didn’t liked those big blocks of rules and regulations on swimming pool and jacuzzi. The way rules are written on the face looked like we are in a swimming school than guests of the resort. The rules should be given in good language and not on big banner in-front of the face of the swimming pool. I am definitely going back here.

Stay was good. Friendly staff, we had breakfast included which was good with live music. We booked a deluxe room but it felt like a standard room. Toiletries were provided but not toothbrush n paste. Walkable distance from the beach which was good. Over all 3. 5 stars i would like to give since the price was close to 5k which i felt a bit more for this stay.

The property is not maintained at all room are smelly moldy, not cleaned properly cottages are really pathetic don't go with the photos of property it looks totally different than the newly photos uploaded. Walkway is look like of old village hotels

Amazing food, good cottage rooms. Photos are old, it's not this new now. Also, the cab facility outside the hotel has a monopoly, so charges extremely high for airport trips.

Worst ever.Front desk, Managers doesn't have any curtesy how to behave with customers. Room was too dirty,Spider in the bed and bathroom and that too sp caled premium suit room. Never recommended. Never recommend anyone, photos in site are very good but in reality its 0. Don't waste your money we book one months before and also dont get 3 rooms together, rooms quality was 0, and this property is very old.
