After a looong day of walking, I didn’t want to debate why The air conditioning was not working in our room. We used fan mode because the a/c was not functional. I sell AC’s for a living and know this was not a user error issue. The bed was likely bedbug ridden, saw a few noticeable blood stains. Again, not in debate mode. Last, I wasn’t planning on using pool but learned at checkin that we couldn’t use room towels and would have to pay for their other towels. Outside of their control, fireworks started booming down the street, waking me up at midnight and took an hour to get back to sleep. I didn’t enjoy the experience.

The person who serves and the owner are unpresentable, they do not serve you with respect. They tried to deceive us on the price of the room. They do not give you hand towels, 37 degrees and there is no air conditioning, they give you an air fan, if you are lucky! because they have counted them. There is also no hair dryer for all the rooms. The rooms that face the street apart from being very VERY VERY hot you cannot sleep because there is a sewer that makes a lot of noise every time cars pass! As the pool is the only thing worth it, when the hotel is full there are not sunbeds for everyone, and they do not clean the pool. They have spent all the money on the photo montage, which does not correspond at all with reality. I will not return.

Breakfast is a bad joke! We know that it is scarce for what you pay, which is a coffee capsule, a toast and juice. But to be told that they have run out of decaf capsules and oranges and not to be given another option is regrettable. I cannot understand how they can leave a guest without breakfast. And on top of that, you are the one who has to do it yourself. They put the cups on the table and you serve yourself. They do not give you hand towels because they say that it is a guesthouse, not a five-star hotel. There is no air conditioning, they give you a fan and if you are lucky because they have them counted. There is also no hair dryer for all the rooms. Be careful with the rooms that face the street, apart from the fact that they are very hot, you cannot sleep because there is a sewer that makes a lot of noise every time cars pass by. You have to pay in cash as soon as you arrive and they do not give you proof of payment. The pool is the only thing worth it. In short, a good photo montage that does not correspond at all with reality. Of course I won't be back.

Pilgrimage Camino. Agency finds this place for us because pets are allowed. Good. Place: Nice, new, pleasant. Reception: Friendly. Stay: All good. Less —There was no toilet paper- Nobody to complain to because there is no reception in the afternoon-evening. The phone answers the phone. Through the Agency- it was possible to solve it. Breakfast::: HORRIBLE experience. €6 per person (charged for paying in advance the night before) total cash €12. —Self-service- The coffee capsule is missing from your table (Someone used it) —- Fruit: mini-mandarin and juice of poor quality, like the sliced bread. The rustic style was conspicuous by its absence. —All the dishes are dirty. You have to wash your cup if you want to have breakfast. And then too. We didn't even have napkins. We asked the cleaning staff who passed by there for them and their answer was::: You need something else because we have to go... (in a bad way). —It seemed like a hidden camera. Conclusion: Don't eat there. You can eat better and cheaper anywhere along the Camino. —-Note: There are no blinds or curtains in the room. You can't raise the blinds because you see your neighbor across the street. P.S.-What they save on people buying a dishwasher.

SUGIERO RETIRAR ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO DE LAS LISTAS DE ********** I have never had such a bad time in a hotel. The room FULL OF BEDBUGS. Something didn't tickle me to find it so perfumed! The worst service ever: there is no way to contact the person in charge outside HIS hours. The only option to ask for help is to call the police. The towels were damp, the pillow smelly, there were not even a plastic cup available. I SUGGEST REMOVING THIS PROPERTY FROM THE ********** LISTINGS

Trying to get ahold of the person who is supposed to be there for reception was a major undertaking. We arrived during office hours and kept ringing the bell without success. In the pouring rain. Finally a lovely man called the phone number and the guy who was in "charge" of reception showed. He said didn't hear the buzzer because of the rain! The hotel room was nice. We had heat which is a necessity when you're soaking wet . We stayed 2 nights so we could rest and do laundry before heading out to finish Camino de Santiago.
