Piscinas sujas (principalmente a coberta), sistema de troca de toalhas ineficiente. A piscina coberta estava cheia de sujeira como se não houvesse sido limpa a dias. A troca de toalhas dependia de uma ligação ao invés de ter um local de entrega e retirada de toalhas secas. Ligamos para trocar e demorou bastante, fora que não havia toalha de piscina, a mesma tinha que ser utilizada no quarto.

Hotel agradável e limpo, com café da manhã ótimo. Bem localizado e com um staff muito simpático. Somente a cama, travesseiros não me agradaram, as toalhas já estão bem desgastadas.

Ar condicionado quebrado, molhou toda a cama. Desde o primeiro dia falamos na recepção que o ar não estava gelando, enviaram um técnico que disse ter dado um reset e que a máquina iria funcionar, mas ao contrário, “choveu” em cima da cama.

Great if you want social interaction and to be entertained.
My wife and I wanted a quite weekend to relax but despite the fotos, pools and tables/seating are one on top of the other, no green areas (Le Jardin is just a name) and lastly constant noise from the speakers setup around the pools: music (depends on your taste), Bingo, even a live presentation. (more speakers and an end to conversation) OK if it was specific times but the whole day!

Hotel maravilhoso, porém tem que dar sorte de pegar vazio, pois os elevadores viram o caos. Café da manhã muito bom, perto de de restaurantes bons, como o Steak House e outros, possui piscina coberta. Quartos excelentes e boa limpeza. Pequeno parque para crianças.

Bem localizado, próximo ao centro, farmácias e excelentes restaurantes. O hotel oferece uma excelente estrutura de piscinas para adultos e crianças, café de manhã com boas opções, sendo mais farto aos finais de semana. Destaco a gentileza e educação dos colaboradores do hotel, em especial a Cleidiane que faz omeletes e tapiocas. Wi-fi mais forte nas áreas comuns. Ficamos 8 dias hospedados e sempre fomos atendidos com cordialidade. Estão de parabéns!!

Gostamos muito de nossa estadia. O hotel é bem localizado, as piscinas são limpas e - talvez por termos ido durante a semana e fora de temporada - estava muito tranquilo. O espaço kids é ótimo para quem viaja com crianças. A única coisa que senti falta foi de uma piscina mais fria um pouco, pois nos dias de calor intenso, seria uma opção boa para crianças e para adultos. O quarto é espaçoso e estava com boa manutenção. Sem dúvida, me hospedaria lá de novo.
