Great experience. From the reception to the food, everything was 10/10. The entertainment team are wonderful. They have activities for all ages morning, afternoon and evenings. Staff is always nice and they do their best to help and please you. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

Vacanza eccelente!! Tutto perfetto, dall accoglienza in recepción, pulizia della camera inpeccabile e cibo delizioso! Lo stesso vale per il servizio e l amabilita del personale! Buona posizione, al lato della spiaggia e tutti i servizi a mano. Ripetiremo sicuaramente!

Overall the hotel was good. We stayed for a week but some concerns about the food. Open buffet was really nice and full of varieties but on the other hand we couldn’t have some of the meat because they were cooking pork on one side of the grill and lamb on the other side which was unacceptable for us who dont eat pork meat. Although they had hamburgers we couldn’t have any due to the reason I stated. They had really good concepts every night and we had delicious food too.

This was our second visit to the Elbe Sara …our first was good so came 4second visit .All was ok in the beginning except for lots of kids and family’s taking over downstairs entertainment room with professional shows☹️half way through our hol we had money and my necklace taken from our room and despite police report it was the invisible man who took it ..police said it’s usually a maid 🫣my last and worst thing was getting acute gastroenteritis on day s prior to flying home😱it cost 496 euros to call an out of hours doctor to give me injection to stop vomiting and diarrhoea so I could fly home …the truth smoked salmon and cream cheese toast s ..you just know when it sits there untill…

We have returned recently from a 14 night stay at this lovely hotel. We have visited Caleta de Fuste on many occasions but this was our first stay at Elba Sara. Our room on the fifth floor which was overlooking the children’s water park and the sea was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with plenty of lighting which is always useful. The floor wasn’t cleaned to a good standard as our feet were quite dirty when we didn’t wear our shoes. We food and drinks on offer were of an excellent standard. (Our fifth stay at a 4 star hotel resort this year and the food at Elba Sara was the best yet). However there were never enough glasses in the bars in an evening and we were served a gin & tonic or wine in a plastic glass only fit for the pool bar. This experience was not enjoyable. The correct glass for the drink I think makes all the difference. All the staff were excellent, hard working and very friendly, top marks for them. We caught the courtesy bus into the town, it was very useful and a lovely lady was driving. Overall we had a lovely holiday once again in Fuerteventura.

Acabo de regresar de unas vacaciones increibles y no podria haber tenido una mejor experiencia! El hotel tiene una ubicacion espectacular, pero lo mejor de todo fue la comida y el personal. Cada comida en el buffet fue deliciosa, con una gran variedad y opciones para todos los gustos. Ademas, el personal fue super amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a hacer que nuestra estancia fuera lo mas agradable posible. Definitivamente volvere, ¡un 10 en todos los aspectos!

I have to agree with the guest about main pool it's absolutely baltic. I never been in a pool as cold as this is I've been around Europe and other destinations and I never come across this anywhere else we like to swim and play water volly ball but this is impossible in this pool

Las mejores vacaciones de mi vida!! Fui con mi novio al hotel para desconectar y ya estamos contando los dias para volver. El personal de 10, la verdad que son el motivo de que el hotel nos haya gustado tanto. Aunque no fue lo unico, nos encantaron las actividades diarias en la piscina, la calidad de la comida, la ubicacion del hotel, etc. Recomiendo al 100% este hotel!!
