The hotel booked on the same day could not check in until after 6:00 in the evening, saying that the air conditioner was broken

Personally I think this Four Seasons is the ceiling of the Napa area hotel. Newly opened soon, the facilities are very new, and the hardware services are very good. The toiletries are SANTAL33 by LE LABO. Toothpaste is Marvis. The bathroom implements the style of the four seasons and is relatively large. The bedding is just as comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet is not smart and the slippers are average. The guest room complex is somewhat similar to the American version of Banyan Tree. But higher end than Banyan Tree. Valet parking is $28 per night. Get a bottle of sparkling wine and a mini cake for your birthday. SPA is worth the experience. Tranquility, escape. Guests staying in a Vineyard View Room will receive a bottle of the 2013 vintage exclusively for Four Seasons.

After staying for two nights, the money in the bag was less than a few thousand dollars, and the management of the hotel was not good.

This property is gorgeous. The attention to detail in the design of all the spaces and rooms is impeccable.

We had the most amazing peaceful beautiful wonderful time at this place!! Can’t wait to go back!!

For being a Four Seasons I was expecting much more, not only the service from the staff was very limited (had to chase repeated times to get orders when being in the pull throughout the day) but also, there was very limited availability for massages even though a high pricing on the stay is being paid and thats one of the main reason why this place was selected.
