The room is spacious, with a sofa and a balcony. It is a few minutes walk from the beach. There are free parking spaces on the street nearby. There is a large supermarket across the street. The swimming pool is very beautiful. It is just in time for the European holidays. It is full of families with children on vacation. , the first choice for Calpe; however, those who are used to staying in star-rated hotels in China may not be used to it. There are no slippers, no toiletries, no paper towels, and no bathrobes. Haha, you need to prepare them yourself.

Hotel recommended for families but not for couples looking for relaxation. Pool saturated with children and the dining room with shifts that is always full. A four star but old.

La atención ha sido muy buena, el hotel y los servicios están muy bien. Aumentaría el personal de limpieza para que les diese tiempo a hacer las habitaciones por la mañana y haría alguna limpieza general de la habitación porque las cortinas necesitan un lavado, por ejemplo. El tema de restaurante, animación y demás servicios ha sido fantástico. Hemos estado fenomenal. Volveremos

My friend and I spent a week at your lovely hotel.Calpe is beautiful.The cleaners,reception and restaurant staff were all good.Also I had a wonderful massage off Keke which was lovely,also the facilities in the spa are fantastic. You also replied to my friends review saying non alcoholic cocktails (pina colada)are 7 euros.She had a non alcoholic pina colada every night asking for promotion and was charged 9 euros and one night 10 euros.It wasn't until I saw the none alcohol board by the pool which said 7 euros and my friend mentioned this to Enrique one of the best barmen,who charged 7 euros and he apologised about this offered a refund but up to then my friend was paying 9 Euros for a non alcoholic pina colado cocktail,not one member of bar staff charged her 7 euros.Can I ask why no member of bar staff charged my friend 7 euros.?There are two ladies that we met are still holidaying in the hotel,if you would like to give them a free drink which would be a nice gesture considering my friend overpaid.Enrique knows the two ladies because one of them liked a coffee with tia maria..especially as one of them got charged 10 euros for a vodka with no mixer.

Hoteles con 4* hay muchos, pero con un equipo de animación y de bailarines como el suyo no conozco otro. Gracias Iván, Juan, Rebeca y todo el equipo por hacernos pasar a pequeños y adultos una semana fantástica! También tuvimos el placer de conocer a Ana, su directora. Muy atenta y cercana con todo el mundo. Un buffet muy completo y variado. Musicales por la noche, tanto para clientes como para gente que no está alojada que te dejan sin palabras (este año El Rey León, Mamma mía y Lunatix). Sin duda, calificarle con 5 estrellas se me queda corto.

Estuvimos una semana de vacaciones la verdad que todo muy bien y las actividades para adultos y niños muy buenas como las actuaciones de por las noches . Lo único malo un día la limpieza de la habitación que fue súper pronto sin avisar y lo dejaron peor de lo que estaba y con un olor a lejía que mi hijo no aguantaba. Por lo demás muy contentos con comida , spa, piscina y animaciones....

Hice la reserva por teléfono de 4 habitaciones. Una de ellas era superior y más cara y me dijeron que incluía el servicio de spa. Luego no fue así. Dijeron que había sido un error y no pudimos disfrutarlo. Me dijeron en recepción que iban a escuchar la llamada grabada con la reserva y aún estoy esperando que me digan algo. No cumplieron las condiciones que me ofertaron por teléfono

El hotel necesita una reforma urgente . No hay explicación para que las habitaciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas , tengan un a aspecto tan deplorable, huelan mal, que el AA sea prehistórico ... un desastre de hotel

Hemos estado 4 noches y es un hotel totalmente recomendable. Habitaciones muy limpias, piscina y estancias muy bien conservadas y un personal muy amable en todo. La organización de los turnos de comida son muy buenos y te van asignando mesa cuando llegas. Los camareros muy atentos y comida variada, muy bien cocinada y de calidad. Sin duda repetiremos.
