A very cost-effective hotel with two meals included. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The bathroom in the room is super large. There is a large terrace facing the sea and the mountain, which is very comfortable. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, which is super close. When I checked out, the front desk gave me a large bottle of mineral water. I will stay here again next time.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk from the beach, there is a Chinese restaurant and a grocery store run by a Chinese owner next to it, the sand on the beach is very fine and comfortable; the hotel lobby is nice, the decoration of the rooms is very old, especially the shower head, which looks like domestic In the 1980s and 1990s, the door had to be locked hard, which requires special attention; the breakfast variety is quite rich; each room has a large balcony, which is quite good; there is a public parking lot opposite the hotel, free of charge

I did read earlier reviews. Mainly good, but some disturbing things I hoped not to discover my self. I’m a hotel person and worked top level in the industry for many years. I desire good hotels! And bad performing hotels will know when I’m their guest. And believe me: This is a good hotel. Old building? Yes, but very much well kept. And old hotels are as good as new ones if they are taken care of. Coming in the main door I already felt that my stay would be good. A big, spacy and clean lobby with high ceiling. A nice bar in one corner and a reception in the other. Service: From I booked, emailed them questions prior to arrival and met the people in all departements I really felt this was a hotel with really good management making their employees perform top level service. They look up when you are close, they smile and they really want to help. Food: We booked all meals. I read some reviews that was negative regarding the food. I have to say it was really good. Compared to what we paid it was plenty of options. Me and my kids were really happy. Shower: Here I agree with some earlier reviews. The shower really had high water pressure. Would be so easy for the hotel to fix and then make guests more happy and most importantly savne a lot of water. And actually amazing that they haven’t done this. Location: So close to the best beach and easy to park for free just across the street. Pools: Nice pools and my kids enjoyed them. Also really good that people cant’t leave their towels before 10am. Gym: A ok hotel gym, but enough space to have more equipment there. Would make the total stay better for many. Room: we upgraded our room and had a sleeping sofa and a view towards the pool. Clean room without much details, but everything we needed. Bed was good. That invludes the sleeping sofa. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. I really reccomend the hotel and will come back.

Excellent hotel. Staff were lovely. Rooms clean and tidy. Pool clean and tidy. No issues getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Rooms cleansed and towels changed everyday. All inclusive food drinks and snacks were amazing. Rooms at back get sun in morning and room overlooking pool get afternoon sun. 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty bars shops and resturaunts within a 5 min walk!lovely view of Ifach.
