Arrived at hotel on the 17th September went as a family of six had requested prior to arriving for us to possibly be on the same floor or close together the response we received back was they would try but couldn't guarantee the day we arrived was checked in promptly by a lady on reception her named being belen very professional and to our surprise was upgraded to a suite which was a great start to our break on entering the suite we were amazed at how large they are with huge balconies table 4 chairs and lovely padded sun loungers the rooms are absolutely spotless well done to the cleaning team beds huge and so so comfortable double showers and bath tub views beautiful great quality breakfast huge choice the sky bar had brilliant views tasty cocktails but pretty pricey would definitely return in future 😀

Highly recommended this hotel .. from the moment we arrived everything was perfect . The staff so friendly & nothing is any trouble . Rooms are amazing & sea view fantastic . We were on 24 floor ( I don’t like heights but felt so safe ) balcony’s huge . Pool gorgeous loads of beds all day no need to rush for them . Pool staff very friendly & pool bar lovely . We had breakfast included , great selection of food , no queues etc totally relaxed place with loads of space . Hotel very close to restaurants bars & supermarkets . 2 min walk to beach .. crystal clear water & warm . . I will be booking my return for next year

Great location and very clean, bed comfortable and bathroom is huge, you cannot use kitchen unless you pay. The outdoor adults pool was supposed to be heated , it was used by modtly spanish children and was cold, the spa was OK but needs an update as paint peeling , ladies in soa area very nice. We went to sky bar once and it was blocked and it looked like a private party ? We got the feeling that locals are definitely favoured at this hotel. Breakfast was good , we used local restaurants for evening meal.

Where to start? We had a fantastic stay with my family, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, warm, friendly and the animacion team go out of their way to ensure children have a great time. The pool party on Wednesday was the highlight for my kids! Food was good, we stayed half board and both breakfast and evening meals featured shoe kitchens with good range of foods cooked to you liking as well as range of buffer items to choose from. Pool was great. Majority of guests at the hotel are spanish so no sunbed wars! We never had an issue getting a lounger and most of the Spanish guests left the pool area mid afternoon so it became very quiet round the pool. Pool was warm though the pools around the childrens slides and bouncing pillow were freezing which seemed a bit odd but it didn't seem to bother the kids! Towels were provided and could be changed throughout the day, which was an added bonus! Location was fab, we were on floor 26 so views were spectacular, the hotel has access to the beach and has foot showers for washing feet aftewards. They also gave us a beach bag and parasol to use at the beach. There is a large supermarket behind the hotel which was well stocked and gave a discount to hotel guests. We stayed in a suite, room was immaculate, large comfy bed, double monsoon shower and bath, fresh towels daily and bottled water daily free of charge. Games and children's slippers were a nice touch for the children on arrival. Overall, a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Beautiful, clean hotel with lovely views and service very good. Rooms are cleaned staff at breakfast, including all the breakfast options are superb!..You get what you pay for and it delivers.Not so keen on the staff in the Sky Bar, seemed a bit lax and not as helpful as downstairs.
