Very nice place

I have never felt the need to write a review until now. This has to be said! First impressions, beautiful hotel, excellent pools, clean to a high standard, lovely rooms, complimentary mini bar with little bottles of water and juice. Went up to the gorgeous roof/pool area, chose a lovely comfy seating area with sofas and beds and to our surprise was promptly removed. 'You have to pay 10 euro to sit here' we moved to another area and was turfed out like a second class citizen once again. Few of the sunbeds are included in the (not so cheap) price of the stay. Went to the roof bar for some water and was charged 4 euros for a 220ml bottle that is the same as provided in the room for free. We went to dinner on 1st night as was half board. Nice enough food if a little cold, good choice. Not a single drink with dinner. A drink with dinner should be standard when half board. Not even a glass of water unless you want to pay 4 euro. 2nd night, went to dinner with small bottle of water from the room, was shamed by staff for bringing into restaurant even though it was water provided by the hotel!! Staff in canteen were rude and unfriendly. Lastly, on arrival you are provided with a chipped wristband that you have to use to operate the lift and to gain access to the room. The lift will only allow you to go to the floor you are staying on, which I suppose is fine unless your party is not all on the same floor. In our case, there were ten of us on the same floor and one person on floor 7. We were unable to access her room by lift and she was unable to access ours. Needless to say we will not be using this hotel again this hotel is not a case of 'you get what you pay for'! Jo Crane

We spend one night at the hotel.we arrive around midnight.no place just for one night check out 12 I say ok.at 10 the housekeeper was already open our door to clean.i say to her to not disturb cause my friend still sleeping she say you quit at 12 no time.i ask politely to wait one more hour she left the door open and quit.i go eat bad buffet not enough choice and places not enough.i came back up our door open again my friend sleeping and no one on the corridor.my friend wake up at 11 and it was horrible.a lot of red spot on all his body and itchy and pain. We went to the reception.the manager ask us to stay on the room and come with housekeeper We check the sheet and the bed we find one big black beast and many small black.when the team arrive they make it all on the floor and after say is nothing here.i show them the photo they say that it's nothing.they left the room on disturb and just quit saying after you go will clean it.we return to them.they were rude and agressig the manager insist that nothing found and we have no right.we ask the director.she was a women .the manager explain her a situation.she says nothing we can do.we try to explain her.she thought us out.what a management and what a hotel.on the end the say go to the doctor of you have medicine will buy it for you.lool.a doctor is 100 and no write paper to explain my disease. 0 for management 0 for taking care for customers 0 for cleaning I don't advice no one to come to this hotel never.in palma specially in magaluf a lot of 4 and 5 stars hotel better than this one When I say to the manager that I will leave a comment he just doesn't care

Modern hotel with a perfect location. Peaceful in the hotel area even though you are surrounded by many good restaurants, shops and bars. Is also only a stone's throw from the beach. The rooms are spacious, tidy and clean with a good layout. The breakfast was good. Good selection, clean and well stocked. There was always room, especially with such attentive staff who cleaned up as soon as someone had finished eating. The only thing I missed was some signs on the food. Could have tasted a bit more but didn't want to end up throwing it away if it wasn't for me. The pool area was very nice. Good view, tidy and always room. Good drink and food menu at quite ok prices. The DJ in the area played good music from start to finish and was never too much. Relaxing house music. The only minus with the hotel is that the pool area was very cold if it was windy, but as it is on the roof there is not much you can do about it. The water in the pool could have been warmer. But one big plus was on my birthday. Then I was surprised with a nice gift delivered to my room. A detail that did not go unnoticed. Thank you very much! In summary, if I come back to this place I will definitely stay here again. If I travel to another place, I will certainly check whether this hotel chain has a hotel in that place. RECOMMENDED!
