Great breakfast buffet, lots of choices, staff went above and beyond, highly recommend

I didn’t buy the all-inclusive package because I felt it wasn’t cost-effective. The hotel has complete facilities and beautiful scenery. I believe it will be very suitable especially for family trips with children. Breakfast will be delivered to the room, rich and delicious. There is another reason why I don’t use the hotel’s all-inclusive package: there is a town about 2 kilometers west by taxi. If you understand English or can use translation software, you should find many surprises.

The hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, but you can also have breakfast as we took. Dinner costs 520 rupees per person. A bus takes you to the city (in the morning to the city / in the evening to the hotel) by appointment. The rooms are cleaned quickly and well. The food is decent for a hotel. One minus is the location from the city, about 25 minutes by car. If you are for a beach holiday then 100% suitable

I stayed with a garden view. The lawn view was very nice and the hotel breakfast was not bad. The sea view from the main pool was so nice!

It seems like a good place for children to play. The water park is difficult because you have to climb up 5 floors of stairs with a tube, but it is fun.

The food wasn't very delicious, but the swimming pool, sea, and entertainment facilities were good, so I enjoyed it. I went there not expecting much and was satisfied.

Traveling with my child was so much fun. Although the weather was cool, it was an enjoyable trip.

It's the best...except for the disappointing number of times the shuttle bus runs.

We flew to Nha Trang from Da Nang. Therefore, I want to say that there is something to compare with in Vietnam. The service here is bad, the cleaning - I would say just changing the towels, the labels were lying around and no one threw them away. A resort for old people, because everything closes early and it’s a long drive to the city. There is nothing around except this resort. Therefore, it will be more profitable for old people to take all inclusive and stay in this resort. If you have small children, take plenty of diapers with you! The biggest disadvantages: 1. The pool closes at 18:00, and it is not even cleaned. 2. “Restaurant” (just the name “restaurant”) near the pool, but you can’t eat there wet! I had to go out, persuade the children to swim, and then just go eat! 3. I couldn’t get into the room on the first day! When I contacted them, it turned out that THEY had mixed up the cards! They could have at least called tuk tuk, but they stupidly sent me for another card! Service 0! The resort does not justify its 5 stars! 4. The nursery is already old, and in some places it is dangerous to play there. Pay special attention to trampolines, children can easily get hurt! The same situation happened when the taxi driver left me a package. In the lobby they simply said go to security! That is, they just sent it to 4 sides and go look for what you need! The only advantage is a beautiful background and that’s ALL! I advise you to look for another resort for that kind of money!!!

Although there are Koreans, most of the staff are local Vietnamese staff. There are many people who can't even speak English. If you call a buggy, you have to wait for a long time, most of them are Chinese, Most programs and facilities for babies. It's okay to take a child, but not great for a couple or family trip.
