Westin Cam Ranh is located 5 minutes away from Cam Ranh airport. Hotel provides free shuttle if your arrival flight fell within the specified pickup time. Front service staff was hospitable and eager to meet my needs or queries. At times, this may fell short due to inexperience or language barriers given English is not their native language. Westin Cam Ranh has excellent facilities and activities cater to different type of customers, ranging from spa to beach sports. It provides an excellent facilities for a retreat to decompress. I look forward to coming back to stay at Westin. I hope there is a shuttle bus to Nha Trang City by then.

Beautiful resort, amazing service that went above and beyond to make my stay here incredible. Food was really good as well, exceeded expectations! However, some staff english can be improved for better communication with western guest.

The environment is very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The only drawback is that it is 35 kilometers away from Nha Trang city. Grab taxi is about 400K VND one way. If you are just on vacation, you can enjoy it without leaving the hotel. The hotel has two restaurants and two bars. The SPA needs to be booked in advance. The swimming pool is beautiful. It is still a bit cold to swim at present. The beach is rough and not suitable for swimming. It is also good to take a book on the beach lounge chair.

I stayed here on my last night in Nha Trang. The hotel is new, close to the airport, and has its own beach. It's pretty good, but there may be a problem of few guests. It's really too far, it can't really be considered Nha Trang. You need to take a taxi for 35 kilometers to get to Nha Trang! It's so inconvenient, and the restaurants are really expensive!
