It was such a great choice for a family trip. Every staff was kind and very helpful, especially Mr. Viet. He gave us his Kakao ID when we checked in and we were able to get his immediate assistance through out our stay. My family was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery, spacious pool and great service. The rooms and other facilities are also being maintained very well. IMPORTANT - This resort is catered to Koreans and 90% of the guest are Koreans. Signs are in English, Vietnamese and Korean and everything is clearly meant for the Korean customers, from the transport service to town at 10am, 3pm and 9pm (Korean time 12pm 5pm and 11pm) to the breakfast spread which is heavy on pork and only 2 dish of chicken and beef. If you are fine with not being the main target customer, this place is okay. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Service was excellent, very attentive and customer focus, but slightly lack in attention to detail. For example, bringing pho noodles to our table at breakfast but not bringing chopsticks and spoon. Otherwise, it was excellent service, 4.5/5 stars. Location was great, nice view, nice atmosphere, 20 mins from airport. 5/5 can't get better. Resort policy is horrible. No outside food allowed, kitchen close by 9.30, so if you are hungry at night, you can't even order Grab food. In room water is only 2 bottles, you're expected to buy more water if you need more, tap water is not drinkable. Turn down service only offer you chocolate or biscuits but no extra water. Restaurant don't offer free still water, you have to buy that as well. Water is a basic human right, they actually try to monetize this. 1/5 hotel policy, utter failure of a resort. Room layout - We got cliff villa, but unfortunately for us, we got the last room at the edge of the cliff villa area. So that means unlike other cliff villa, our swimming pool is to the sides instead of the front of the building. Ferns and other plants are growing so when you are lying down on the bed or on the beach chair or in the swimming pool, all you see is plants, not the fantastic sea view. If you get room 512, you are getting a 'Plant Villa', not a cliff villa, because all you will see are plants, ask for room change because other villa get great view of the sea instead of plants. 1/5 rating, totalling not worth it for room 512 no matter how much they try to convince you that the villa has better view. (Yes, but only if you stand up. Not sure what kind of holiday people are having if they are suppose to stand up all the time). Overall stay 3/5 star. Service is 5 star, but everything else feel like 4 star hotel that's pretending to be 5 star. Policy need to be more guest friendly.

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

Recently we had a relaxing 9 nights at Radisson Blu Resort. We found our Junior Suite ocean view had beautiful views and very well appointed. Reception staff were very accommodating especially Diep who assisted to optimise our rooms aircon and was very professional. The breakfast was great as was the buffets dinners as offered a great variety of fresh produce to suit all nationalities and tastes! We found wait and bar staff very friendly in restaurants and bars even if language was a barrier at times- Thanh was very efficient and friendly! Peter the manager is very hands in to all aspects of resort and open to suggestions and listens! The spa staff were fantastic- enjoyed massages and facial very professional. The Manager of concierge was great to organise transport as a few local restaurants close by if needed a change of scenery. All in all relaxing time - you can always use the shuttle if want to go into town!

A very cost-effective hotel, close to the beach. I booked a sea view balcony room with a nice view. The room is spacious and the breakfast is worth the money. The service is very good, and the luggage and door opening are very good. The disadvantage is that the noise from the disco outside is quite loud, but it doesn't affect the rest. There is no rack for drying clothes and no disposable slippers. A deposit of 500,000 dong will be collected when checking in, and it must be in cash.

The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.

Brand new hotel Thanks for great great fantastic upgrade. Hotel interior and exterior are plain white and boring for a Westin brand. There is no element of Vietnam or asian tropic vibe. There are some greater Westin hotels. Breakfast & FB service are weak. Service is really weak and needs time to improve. Dinner buffet is great and hot kitchen team is very attentive. Overall a 4.5 star, but I won't likely return as the hotel is quite basic and i expect a more premium and theming when it comes to beachside/ resort staycation. I attached few photos and it is a fantastic upgrade & amenities for Ambassador elite. Hope the hotel can keep up the elite treatment and add more perks such as welcome drink. Nick

Near CXR airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Villa is spacious and clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms were locked as I booked a 1 bedroom villa. The resort is located in an area where all the resorts are located, no other restaurants/shops nearby, so I usually went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food there is yummy and fairly priced. Going to city from hotel by Grab is around VND400,000.

It is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.
