The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

Near CXR airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Villa is spacious and clean with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms were locked as I booked a 1 bedroom villa. The resort is located in an area where all the resorts are located, no other restaurants/shops nearby, so I usually went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food there is yummy and fairly priced. Going to city from hotel by Grab is around VND400,000.

Super close to airport but we did not hear a single air plane. Nice service at the front desk with very good English. Excellent service in the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Pizza was very nice! The only thing I criticize is that they gave us a room located next to the entrance to the construction site nearby, so there were trucks in the early morning and all day - the hotel was nearly empty, so why didn’t they give us a better located room??? Very annoying and unnecessary.

The staffs at Swandor Cam Ranh Resort, Yegor & Irina was very nice guys. Yegor is the handsome guy with humorous personality so next time when I go there again on March 2024 I wanna see him. Irina is pretty & kind girl with good smile I had a funny time on playing the darts with Yegor and Irina :) 2 families met there was very nice, so I'll go to Kazakhstan next year Now I'm missing Emil, Marina, Natasha and Anuta and her father.

Despite so many positives; the beautiful villa, great kids' facilities and the great view, the place is massively let down by the restaurants. Not only was the service poor, the food was terrible. We ate at the restaurant 3 times, pizza was the only meal that was decent, all others were average to inedible. Our final night was ruined as we wasted 90 minutes waiting at the Tropicana restaurant for our food only to leave without eating our meals (first time I have ever done this) because all 3 dishes were terrible - rubbery squid that was hard to cut with a knife, beef fried rice that was 250k for a bowl of rice with two small bits of minced beef and the children's noodle soup which was hot water over instant noodles with a few bits of chicken, leaving a starchy mess. The server responded ”yes here is the beef” pointing at one of the two particles of minced beef he could find, and ”children don't like vegetables so we don't put them in the soup” a more disappointing response than the food. It was the only time I've left a restaurant. We had to go next door to the Raddison Blu Lobster in order to eat. The Movenpick is a beautiful hotel but be wary of the food and the stingy offering of water with additional bottles costing 60,000. Stock up on bottles of water and instant noodles, plan to eat at the excellent Raddison or as I heard from other guests- go to the airport for Burger King. A sad state of affairs for an international resort.

Recently we had a relaxing 9 nights at Radisson Blu Resort. We found our Junior Suite ocean view had beautiful views and very well appointed. Reception staff were very accommodating especially Diep who assisted to optimise our rooms aircon and was very professional. The breakfast was great as was the buffets dinners as offered a great variety of fresh produce to suit all nationalities and tastes! We found wait and bar staff very friendly in restaurants and bars even if language was a barrier at times- Thanh was very efficient and friendly! Peter the manager is very hands in to all aspects of resort and open to suggestions and listens! The spa staff were fantastic- enjoyed massages and facial very professional. The Manager of concierge was great to organise transport as a few local restaurants close by if needed a change of scenery. All in all relaxing time - you can always use the shuttle if want to go into town!

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa trea**ents included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

It was such a great choice for a family trip. Every staff was kind and very helpful, especially Mr. Viet. He gave us his Kakao ID when we checked in and we were able to get his immediate assistance through out our stay. My family was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery, spacious pool and great service. The rooms and other facilities are also being maintained very well. The hotel is very good, but it lacks quality compared to the price. 1. Ctrip does not provide airport pick-up and drop-off services. For such an expensive hotel, guests should be informed of transportation methods in advance. I asked Ctrip customer service one day in advance, and they told me it would be 120 US dollars, or I could ask the hotel to take a taxi. But the journey is quite far, it takes 1.5 hours on a mountain road. It was my first time to visit this place, it was a foreign country, I was not familiar with the place, and I didn’t feel that I was enjoying the service of a hotel that costs more than 10,000 yuan a night. It cost 2,000 yuan to book a round trip car, and I didn’t plan for the extra expenses in advance. 2. Ctrip’s bookings do not include any activity packages to help customers better enjoy their vacation. I asked the customer service in advance about the hotel's activities. The customer service said that they would introduce the hotel and give us a book to read after arriving at the hotel. Most of the charges were charged and they did not teach us how to choose. It was not as amazing as what was said online. The service was all like home away from home. I have to call you to communicate and ask. If you don’t think of it or understand it, you won’t be able to play. 3. There are so many people these days. The flight was scheduled for 6:40, but we didn’t get a late checkout. The hotel wouldn’t tell you in advance or ask you where to go. It just introduced us to a restaurant for lunch, and didn’t help us with what we should do. Other activities to pass the time. Overall, for this price, service flexibility needs to be greatly improved, and Ctrip bookings also need to provide packages to guests, especially airport pick-up and drop-off services. Later after I booked, I also saw that the hotel had slightly reduced the price by tens to more than 100 yuan. It was really an unpleasant memory.
