Good mark:
Good location, beautiful beach, ok view, comfortable and convenient room design
Bad points:
Check in took too long, it took exactly 30 minutes to wait to check in while observing at that time there were only 2 or 3 people waiting to check in. I have never waited so long to check in. Guests want to arrive early and check in early to change clothes and enjoy the amenities. Going out but doing so takes too much time.
I was very upset when I went to the receptionist to ask twice and still didn't see the receptionist finish processing it. The third time I asked, it was done, but the receptionist forgot to call me back to get the room key :( Even so, there was no apology, like it was obvious? I feel like my time is not respected. important.
Unfortunately, this minus point subtracts many good points from the resort, so overall I rate it 2 stars
