도착해서 호텔로비에서 제 예약을 확인하고 리셉션직원이 아닌 다른분이 내려왔고 그제야 룸을 준비하고 청소하는 느낌이 들었습니다 그렇게하기까지 40분넘게 소요되었습니다
그동안 그 티셔츠입은 직원은 무엇을 확인해야 한다며 제 여권과 일행의 여권사진을 총 4번 찍어갔습니다
마지막 방에 들어갔을때 조차 늦어진 체크인에 대한 사과나 어떤부분에 문제가있었는지 설명이 없었습니다 설명이 자신이 카드만료가 되서 처리중?이라는 이해안되는 말만하였습니다 마침내 영어가능한 남자분이 나타났고 그사람은 10분 더 기다리라고 했습니다
더 어처구니 없었던것은 저는 1박을 예약했지만 어린아이가 있어서 쉬려고 이 호텔을 예약했는데 체크아웃시간이 밤 늦은시간이라 체크아웃할때 호텔이 아닌 자신한테 키를 달라고했습니다 그대로 키만 놓고가면안된다면 신신당부를했고 떠나기전 전화나 문자를 달라고 하였고 저는 로밍을 안했기에 문자 전화없는 유심 사용자였고 불가하다 하였습니다 카카오톡 없냐고 물어보니 본인은 없다하였습니다 그러면서 여권을 본인에게 맡기라고 체크아웃할때 다시 돌려주겠다고했습니다
제가 당장 이 예약을 취소하고 방에서 나가겠다고 하자 진정하라며 우리가체크아웃하는 10시에 키를 받으러 오겠다고하였습니다 우여곡절 끝에 체크아웃하고 무사히 한국 돌아왔네요 호텔의 수영장은 좋아서 다행히 아이들과 기분을 풀어서 마음을 놓았습니다
저는 출장포함해서 20개국 이상의 도시 여행자입니다 이런상황은 저도 황당합니다 개선이 필요하며 트립닷컴은 만약 제 여권도용으로 어떤상황이 생긴다면 책임을 지셔야할겁니다

새벽 비행기로 도착해서 공항근처 숙소 알아보다 오게되었습니다
공항근처숙소 찾아보면 비슷한 숙소가 여러개가 나오는데
아레나호텔 방을 개인사업자분들이 분양받으셔서 사업하시는거
같습니다
체크인은 호텔로비에서 진행하고 24시간 프론트데스크 운영한다고
합니다
조식 포함인데 이건 호텔조식이 아니구 빅터라는 사장님 개인음식점
조식입니다 메뉴는 쌀국수 분짜 두개입니다
먹을만해요
주변풍경 멋있습니다
시설은 깔끔하고 좋은데 동남아 특성상 날벌래들이 좀 있습니다
