Tudo foi excelente, quarto, recepção, garagem. Exceto o tratamento das duas funcionárias que servem o café da manhã. Mal humoradas. Devem ter novos treinamentos de cordialidade. A máquina de café e a sanduicheira só foram disponibilizadas no domingo. No sábado, falaram que estavam estragadas. Tinha até um aviso na máquina de café. Os pães estavam duros. Foi cobrada indevidamente a despesa de 6 cervejas não consumidas por mim. SUGESTÃO de só registrar despesas com a apresentação e análise do cartão do quarto.

Box do banheiro sujo. No restaurante falta de LEITE zero lactose e não tinha sachê de mel no café da manhã! Problema na área de compras do Hotel em não comprar em tempo hábil ou Área da cozinha em não solicitar a compra ANTES de faltar. Precisa ser visto o estoque mínimo de segurança.

De forma geral a estadia foi boa, colaboradores educados e atenciosos, café da manhã bom, quarto confortável, só precisam melhorar um pouco na limpeza do banheiro que estava com forte odor de urina.

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Excelente para viajantes a negócio ou famílias que precisam ficar alguns dias na cidade. Na nossa estadia, pecou somente na qualidade dos pratos servidos no jantar. Pedimos o Frango Supreme e a carne estava muito dura. Pedimos também o peixe (filé de Tilápia) que não estava saboroso. Enfim, o custo benefício do jantar não valeu a pena.
