We arrived more or less on time and a member of staff was on hand to greet us and show us to the room. The room was small but functional and everything seemed at first glance to be in order. She gave us the keys and informed us that the "continental breakfast" would be eaten in our room and consist of: instant coffee, a box each of ready to eat cereal, to be eaten out of the box, a cereal bar and what was in the fridge (a yogurt each, 1 Panne Chocolat and 1 Croissant each and some orange drink. She then pointed us to a restaurant (the does not serve food) and left us to it. We tried to use the WiFi but could only occasionally find it and had to go back to bar to get a password but were still unable to login. In the end we gave up. We also found there was only a single coat hanger. The following morning breakfast was very poor. We also discovered that there was butter for the croissants but no knife. When we returned in the evening, the fridge had been restocked but the dirty breakfast things had not been removed and the room had not been cleaned (there were still crumbs from breakfast on the table and the bed had not been made). I went to the bar and obtained fresh breakfast things and complained. The lady at the bar (not the one who originally greeted us) apologised and said she would let manager know. The following morning we had the same dismal breakfast (minus cereal bars). There was no one around when left and no apology from the manager, so I can only assume they didn't care.
