Great location, service was ok. No slippers in the room. A layer of dust on the side of the headboard.

The boutique hotel host up to rooms with Chinese and European style interiors and have a beautiful public spaces which house bars and communal outdoor areas. The art style interior of the rooms is characterized by combining the past and the future. Everything comes from Cambridge history. The homey and comfortable Mattresses is why I chosen here, we spend around a third of our lives in bed, should give ourselves the best experience, and highest quality rest we can. Excellent value. Breakfast and garden dinner were always a good choice. We will definitely come back in the future!!!

Awful staff firstly gave us an accessible room, which even had spider web in the toilet, then a male stuff directly entered our room BEFORE the check-out time. What a shame

The twin bed family is facing the rear part , there was loud noise of vehicle transferring housekeeping items , loading unloading and maybe collecting trashes between 6-8am in the morning. Disrupting sleep seriously.

Really enjoy the time here

The location is very good, right on the river bank. It is very pleasant to walk through the restaurant, sit on the outdoor lawn to eat something, and enjoy the passing cruise ships. The hotel inherits the traditional architectural style and highlights the theme of "graduation". Not only is the front desk full of badges of various Cambridge colleges, but even the room cards are printed in the form of student cards of outstanding graduates in the past. The room is a bit old, but the facilities are quite complete.

The hotel's decoration is very unique, and it's hard to say anything else. If you have requirements for quality and cleanliness, forget it. After experiencing it, I won't stay here again. First, I couldn't find my name when booking, and then I found out that the last name was wrong. It was difficult to get water from the bathroom and it was almost impossible to take a shower. The bed is so narrow that it will fall if you turn over.

The hotel is very well decorated with a British style. The room is very big. Although the drainage in the room is not so good, it does not affect us. We live on the first floor. The River Cam is just outside the window. We can see rabbits, squirrels and cows eating grass. It is also convenient to go to Cambridge University and the commercial district. It is a bit far from the train station. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. It happened to rain heavily when we arrived. Our shoes were soaked.

It was formerly a student dormitory and is now a hotel, so it retains the unique characteristics of Cambridge University! The location is also very convenient. It takes 2 minutes to take the boat and less than 10 minutes to the city town. All attractions are also walking distance. The room is not big, but if you book one with a balcony, the view is really amazing! Because it's facing the river. We were assigned the one facing the parking lot and the view was average. The room is very retro, and you can take very British check-in photos from every angle in the room. The things used are also good. There is a Bar downstairs in the hotel, which is perfect for afternoon tea and evening drinks. There is a small garden outside, which is very beautiful. Breakfast is in the restaurant. There are not many choices and the taste is normal. However, there is a hidden menu that can order egg rolls and omelettes, which actually tastes better. The service still needs to be enhanced.

Very unique hotel 🏨, very pleasant stay, breakfast 🍳 is also very good 👍, but the river view is side, not the front room:) The family room where my friend stayed was very large, but unfortunately there was no river view. It would be great if the weather was good, but it was cloudy and rainy when we went. I hope I can have the opportunity to stay again next time!
