Beware of the situation here. We had a failed reservation, due to an unmade room and no communication. This is a "remote hotel" so on the day of our stay we received a text message with the code to get into the room. But when we got in the room was not made up. The bed linens had been slept in, there was a dirty bathroom towel, and there was leftover takeout in the trash. It appears the cleaning crew did not get to the room for us. The hotel is 100% remote, so we could not talk to anyone in person. We then called with no answer and texted with no response to someone who days later has still not responded to my calls or texts. We had to find another hotel in town. I understand if a mistake was made, but its 5 days later and still no response to my texts or emails?
