Would rate a ZERO (0), but that is not an option in the review. Front desk clerk was overwhelmingly RUDE! No eye contact and a real ****. He was unprofessional dressed (orange straggly T-shirt and wrinkled short). His buddy, who was laid out on the couch next to the front desk had his shirt pulled up on his belly revealing a large snake tattoo on his belly and speaking his foriegn language very loudly....super unprofessional and uncomfortable. Desk agent had a horribly thick accent and when I asked him to repeat himself SEVERAL times (because you couldn't understand what he was saying) he got very irritated. He did not give us the wifi password. Room was NOT clean. Found a piece of paper towel and a large piece of what looked like fried chicken on the floor slightly under the chair. Clearly they didn't vacuum the room. Remnants of spilled drinks in the fridge. Mattress too small for the box spring. Many HOLES in the bedspread and was not laid out well on the bed (I fear the level of "dirty" on the bedspread). Small fragments of what looked like black burnt hairs on the box spring next to the head board closest to the bathroom. (My question, how do you miss this when cleaning the room?)...I cleaned it off.....gross. The coffee maker was missing the basket part that you put the filter in, so no coffee for us. Breakfast was sub par at best. Windham needs to shut this place down and CLEAN HOUSE starting with the owner and staff. I had a gut feeling that the clerk was the franchise owner but didn't want to have any further interaction with him, as he was a very nasty young man. He checked us in at 9pm and he was at the desk (didn't look at us or acknowledge us when we left) when we left the next morning. We would not have stayed there, but it was late and we were exhausted after driving 14 hours. Never again Cameron Missouri Days Inn and shame on you, you nasty little front desk clerk!
