Beautiful rooms, very clean everywhere, great location, ample yet quaint. Was like a miniature Vegas ****** and had just enough food options for anyone to be pleased. Loved the native and AZ local motif. Would go back in a heartbeat. If it could be improved any, it could use a small convenience shop on site. We thought it could be a nice wedding venue too- potential is there. This was just a simple getaway for wife and me for no real good reason at all. We were more than pleased with the food offerings and quality but skipped the buffet- no comments on that.

The wrong room was reserved, no other available accommodations, Story Tellers restaurant was out of many items and to top it off the hot tub, the one amenity we were looking forward to, was dirty and over chlorinated. How do you justify charging a 'Resort' fee when the resort amenities are unusable. We realize it is a Holiday weekend but this size and type of establishment should be able to accommodate the additional occupancy, especially at these rates. None of the employees appeared to want to be at work or make any effort to improve our stay.

Staff is friendly.if you want to have room service you have to call front desk.
Cleanliness is ok. Food is not great on their buffet.toiletries needs

We enjoyed our stay at Cliff castle. It was clean, the staff friendly and the room was clean. WE enjoyed the pool and the bowling alley onsite.

The reason I gave it a 4 stars was because when it came time to check in at 4pm they said my room still wasn’t ready but my family members that came with us her room was ready and it was the same type of room My room wasn’t ready until 5pm and the guy at the front said he was going to give me something but didn’t actually give me anything. But after that everything was great!
