Lakes and Craters Holiday Park

Lakes and Craters Holiday Park is a great park to spend your holiday at. This park offers big yet cosy cabins and does not present any great problems. The sleeping and bathroom conditions were fine, and the place was very clean. The area is in between two lakes and is quite isolated and in nature. There are no noise problems as the cabins are spaced far from each other.

Amazing smaller park within a perfect setting & next to botanical gardens lovely walks with our dog Excellent ammenities well maintained park easy & welcome checkin definitely recommend & will return for a longer stay It is a great base to do the food trail & Camperdown lovely little town with woollies & IGA & also well stocked camping store

Great park in a beautiful location with direct access to the Camperdown Botanic Gardens, stunning views. Park is well maintained and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Camp kitchen and amenities kept very clean and tidy.

A fantastic caravan park with one of the cleanest amenities that we have had the pleasure to use. The Park has concrete slabs and grassed powered and unpowered sites. 7 cabins overlooking Lake Bullen Marie The park provides shade with heritage listed established trees. The Camperdown Botanical gardens are situated at the rear of the park. Spectacular views from the hilltop overlook surrounding mountains and lakes. A dumpsite is not located at the park but there is one located at Cobden 11 km away. The team are wonderful with their welcome. Checkin is via a machine in the reception. Highly recommended.

Cabin and park were as neat as a pin. Clean warm and country style which we love. Amazing gardens, beautiful walks and great views. Great staff. friendly service and loads to do around the town and surrounds. Thanks so much for a perfect stay, made very special with some great local advice.

A stunning location is offset by a park which is poorly maintained and with every corner cut possible. We booked a 2 bedroom cabin - and arrived to cabin which appeared to be very dirty. There was staining from previous water damage on the living room wall, one of the bedroom doors was unable to be shut due to warping and the laminate in the kitchen was chipped and tatty. Only one bed was made up - and we needed to make the second one ourselves. We had stayed at a different park the previous night and paid the same price for a clean, beautifully maintained cabin with excellent customer service - so this really reinforced to us how little the owners care for their customer's comfort. Additionally, our cabin was positioned in a spot with a amazing view but there was no way we could enjoy it except standing in the window. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.

We stayed for a long weekend in October/November. Although the weather wasn’t great the park was lovely and green and a little soft underfoot. The amenities are brand new and excellent. They have a camp kitchen to with everything you need including a microwave. Short drive into town from the park. Lovely views of two lakes one on each side of the park as you are high on the hill - just take this 8th consideration if the weather is going to be windy.

Very friendly staff, the cabin had a view over Lake Bullen Merri. There were two bedrooms the main had a double bed two bedside cabinets a wardrobe and open bench the other had two single bunk beds. The living area had a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. There was a table and four chairs, a two-seater couch and a television. Bathroom had toilet, shower and basin.

When orginial booking was made service was amazing but no new owners who could not give good customer service if they tried. All keep passing the issue on to another. When they call you back no name left to return the call and next person passes it on AGAIN!! 4 weeks and still haven't gotten anywhere
