Clean room with a nice view.. comfortable bed. The breakfast is simple, but good. Friendly staff. The location is close to VCP airport in Campinas and the hotel is next to a gas station, with 24/7 convenience store and restaurant. I'd say its a good hotel for business travelers

Iríamos para um casamento na cidade vizinha e fizemos do Royal Tower nosso local para hospedagem. Jantamos no Hotel na 6a feira. Buffet excelente com variedade, apresentação, sabor, atendimento. Preço à altura $118,00 por pessoa c bebida inclusa, todavia não tomamos a bebida, mas ainda assim ela foi cobrada. Veio na nota de consumo final. Não estranhem se vier 2 refrigerantes que nao consumiram na nota. É por esse motivo. Isso é uma coisa que precisa ser melhorada. Café da manhã muito bom com horários estendidos para finais de semana. Quarto suíte muito bom. Amplo, funcional, mas sem charme. Em nosso quarto havia uma jacuzzi gigante, que deu preguiça de usar só pelo tempo e quantidade de água a serem dispendidos. O hotel é bem localizado para eventos, uma vez que conta com a estrutura de uma grande cidade e na proximidade de um excelente aeroporto. Visitamos a área de eventos e é muito bem estruturada.

I had an unexpected hotel with the hotel I had booked and the very nice Uber indicated me that hotel, we arrived there I was well-served, a spacious room. I spent a night and I'm going to stay a few times when I got back to Campinas. The room does not have a telephone or fridge bar, it is very compact, but very comfortable, the bed is big, has good accessories and the TV is new. The shower and the toilet are separated, in a modern style, it is worth it for short periods of stay. Coffee, meals and parking are not part of the daily rate, but there is no exorbitant cost.

Well located, and with good cost x benefit. Very old and furnished towels. Reasonable breakfast. Receiver needs recycling, he could not issue the tax note.

Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. Péssima experiência! Estive em Campinas para um congresso e tive o azar de me hospedar nesse lugar! Desde a primeira mensagem após a reserva existe a seguinte informação: “Late check out: Até as 16h custo de meia diária e. MEDIANTE DISPONIBILIDADE. (…) Informação transcrita com os erros de português originais da mensagem. Solicitei em dois momentos informações sobre disponibilidade de late check out: um através de mensagem e a resposta foi apenas uma devolutiva eletrônica sem nenhum cuidado, a segunda presencial, a informação: “só podemos checar sobre late check out no dia de sua saída”. Estranho e já demonstra o grau de amadorismo da empresa. É o óbvio ululante que os hotéis possuem programação de entradas e saídas e podem responder sobre late check out e até mesmo sobre prolongamento de estados com antecedência. Portanto, pura má vontade! No dia da minha saída, dia 19/10/2024 às 09h aproximadamente, solicitei informações sobre late check out e a atendente Raissa responde prontamente sem nem ao menos fingir checar disponibilidade : “infelizmente não temos como fazer late check out.” Pergunto “nem para outra categoria de quarto?” Raissa “não, somente se o senhor realizar nova reserva.” Espera! Não há possibilidade de late check out, mas existe para nova reserva? Resposta de Gelson : “plantonista” “é diferente oferecer late check out e nova reserva, pois os clientes infelizmente não entregam o apartamento até as 16h, como necessário, e nós perdemos uma reserva para aquele apartamento”. Contudo a própria norma interna do hotel já resolve essa questão: “após as 16h será cobrada uma diária completa”. Contudo, nesse momento, entendi a questão: o valor. O late check out custa R$175 reais Uma nova reserva R$450. Existe uma propaganda enganosa e a indução ao erro por parte do hotel! De nada adianta “quartos renovados” se as práticas de governança são pré históricas e não há qualquer respeito ao compliance, se é que eles sabem o que é isso.

I always like to highlight the first positive points. In the case of this hotel, breakfast (it is egg frit at the time if requested) and the room is like flat with room and kitchen. Otherwise, the internet didn't work for much as I complained. I just switched. The hotel is in front of a square with many floors and possibly addicted. I couldn't walk around the night. I thought it was dangerous. Most old furniture and bathrooms. It's just about to spend a night until it goes, but more than that, I don't recommend. 20'reals of Uber to the shopping Iguatemi and 25 to the airport.
