A good hotel for anyone who needs to stay near the airport or the industrial village. The hotel is new with modern practical decoration. There is no room service, they offer water, tea and coffee as a courtesy in the rooms. Excellent shower and bed. The takes are 220v. The hygiene products are simple, I expected something like the contemporary. Breakfast very good and complete, everything well organized and very tasty. Free parking.

The rooms are good and comfortable, but I have never been so badly treated in a hotel in my life. So I called the girl of the cup I asked a mosquito egg she said that she wouldn't do anything more. I asked to call the manager the same treated me more badly even saying I would make the egg but I would withdraw from the hall in 5 minutes I answered that then he called the police, because I would drink my coffee. The manager requires you to go down and finish the coffee at 9:30 p.m. if you feel offended by the guest to ask for a mosquito egg that finished 15 minutes before closing and still treat you as if you were bothering him. I will never return to the hotel and I will still open a reclame here. The two stars were just for accommodation because the service is bad and the management must think everything is well treated in this way.

The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

The location is excellent, the structure is also great, a relatively new building, with all cozy spaces, decorated and equipped with technology. On the date of our accommodation, the environment was calm, there was no noise or excessive movement. The cleanliness of the entire environment was good, I wouldn't say excellent as I found dust in some places, but acceptable. The check-in service needs to improve, as we arrived at 2:00 pm (check-in time) and there was only one employee providing this service, so we stood in a queue until we were served. Regarding breakfast, I expected a little more, as there were no cakes, nor drink options for those who don't drink milk and coffee like me, there was only grape juice and yogurt. I thought it was strange that it had sausage as a side dish. I missed more fruit options too. The cool thing is that there was a toaster and sandwich maker available. Regarding the room, the structure was good, but I believe that at the time of booking I didn't pay attention and ended up staying in a room for PWD, but we accommodated very well, the bed was good, but I missed more pillows, I should have asked for them. The air conditioning was working properly. We couldn't open the windows, they were hard. The “minibar” refrigerator barely kept our water and soda cold. The TV was flat, but small, but it had a wide variety of channels, but the image was a little altered, I believe it was due to some setting that was off, but it was still manageable to watch. Regarding parking, we paid R$ 22.00 per day, but the system was outsourced, not part of the hotel's employees, the bad part is that to get the car you had to ask and wait. But the stay was very good, we really enjoyed it and if we need to stay in Campinas again, we would definitely stay at the Go inn.

SIMPLESMENTE PESSIMO. Para comecar, o atendente Leandro eh simplesmente um ignorante, com zero de intencao de ajudar os hospedes. Fiz minha reserva e foi confirmada pelo hotel. Me ligaram as 19h do checkin e perguntaram que horas eu ia fazer checkin (desde quando hospede tem que falar que horas vai fazer checkin????) Disse que seria as 21h pq estava jantando. Cheguei as 22h e o Leandro, ignorante, pessimo atendente, disse que nao tinha chegado no horario que havia falado, entao ele cancelou minha reserva. Quando cheguei, nao tinha mais quartos (foi oq ele disse) e tive que procurar um hotel as 23h da noite. Eu nunca passei poe uma experiência dessa e recomendo que NINGUEM RESERVE NESSE HOTEL COM ZERO DE PROFISSIONALISMO. NAO QUISERAM NEM ME AJUDAR QUE ESTAVA SEM QUARTO PARA DURMIR

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. I thought about it the night before. If you can eat more happiness in the past few days, I really hope, accident, and praise the waiter. The hotel's other services are also very good, the room is clean and fresh, very atmospheric.

A practical hotel for just as I want a place to sleep and bath, not much to offer, breakfast is bad, and they don't give the option to take off the daily value. As the restaurant is bad, I buy out of the restaurant, and the hotel cannot borrow a cut, it was cheaper, and last year it increased more than 30,00 per day, and nothing improved, it only worse. I stay in it every 2 months, for reasons of consulting my daughter in the city, I have stayed several times and worse, including the visitors, it seems now to rent a room per month and it's very cheap, that brought strangers to the hotel.

We spent 13 nights in the hotel. The hotel is located between a residential and small industrial area. The near motorway is not to hear. The entire facility is very well maintained and in a very good condition. The rooms are not living, the mattresses are not through. The bathroom is quite spacious and modern. Breakfast buffet is almost no desires open and should be mentioned. The staff is always premature and as used in Brazil, friendly. At the reception is also spoken in English. Also the own restaurant is good, which is still worthwhile for a hotel. We will certainly come back.

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.
