Ottimo albergo in ottima posizione per visitare le valli della val di Fassa! Abbiamo fatto servizio di mezza pensione e sia la cena che la colazione erano ottime! Bellissimo lo spazio spa e piscina ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sui monti! Gentili i camerieri e tutto lo staff dell’accoglienza! Nella serata in cui c’eravamo anche noi era presente anche un pianista al bar che intratteneva la serata

Forse le recensioni qui hanno alzato troppo le mie aspettative.. I punti forti sono che è un hotel pet friendly, con anche un piccolo snack di benvenuto, ha un grande parcheggio, e le camere hanno il terrazzo e un letto comodissimo. Il punto debole secondo me migliorabile oltre al colore verde in stanza che fa un po‘ anni 80, é la colazione.. abbiamo girato altri hotel in Trentino anche con prezzi simili, e la colazione era sempre top, ma qui molte delle cose non sono fresche tipo i succhi di frutta, i biscotti non li fanno loro, le torte non si capisce se fatte in casa non erano niente di che, anche le marmellate non sono fatte in casa.. basterebbe poco per alzare il livello.. essendo già la sala colazione senza vista.. Peccato.. Un altra cosa ni e il late check out, in bassa stagione per 2 ore in più, quindi fino alle 12, 30 euro mi sembra esagerato. La posizione e comoda per andare a piedi a prendere la funivia col rodella, a piedi in val duron che è molto carina. La spa é molto piccola, ma la nota dolente e L acqua della piscina/idromassaggio era fredda :( non abbiamo provato il ristorante.

Esperienza ottima! Luogo incantevole, perfetto se si cerca la pace. Molte escursioni proposte, sia con partenza da Campitello stesso sia con spostamenti moderati in macchina. L'hotel di per se rispecchia le 4 stelle, nulla di estremamente lussuoso, incarnata alla perfezione lo stile "baita di montagna". Il personale molto disponibile, paziente, e gentile (reception, ristorante, bar, SPA) La suite confortevole e spaziosa, con tutti i servizi di base più qualche extra. Pulizia nella media. Zona SPA altamente rilassante, doppia sauna (a 60° e 90°), bagno turco, piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio e pacchetto maggassi che vale la pena di provare, con prezzi abbordabili. Esperienza da rifare, si spera il prima possibile Unica pecca? Aver prenotato solo 2 notti! Grazie a tutti!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Es fehlt nichts. Das Abendessen ist hervorragend. Highlight: Wir haben mit dem Hoteleigenen Guide Stephano sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen.

Empfang und Check-in waren sehr gut und die Mitarbeiterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unsere Motorräder durften wir direkt an der Hauswand unter das Dach stellen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Dafür war das Essen bei der gebuchten Halbpension eher unter dem Durchschnitt. Frühstück war ok, leider gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung. Während des Abendessens liefen die Mitarbeiter ständig um einen herum, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass man schnell den Tisch abräumen möchte, um fortzufahren. Aufmerksamkeit zwecks möglicher Nachbestellung von Getränken Fehlanzeige.

Hotel poco distante dal centro di Vigo di Fassa. Personale attento, educato, cordiale, discreto e sorridente. Grande disponibilità nel fornire informazioni e consigli su escursioni e attrattive principali. Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel con il nostro amico a quattro zampe ed è stato tutto eccezionale. Il ristorante ha uno chef, un aiuto cuoco e una pasticcera eccezionali: i menù tradizionali semplicemente unici. Personale di sala molto sorridente, attento, disponibile e discreto. Bellissimo vedere un servizio di sala fornito da giovani con la voglia e l'entusiasmo di lavorare. Personale dotato di una sensibilità tale da farci sentire a casa. Grazie al "nostro" super cameriere Beppe. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Carla e Michael.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma sufficiente per confermare tutte le ottime recensioni per questo hotel,dalla Spa alla camera al cibo molto buono compresa l' abbondante colazione ,da non trascurare l' estrema professionalita' del personale . Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio!.
