hotel accogliente con staff disponibile e cordiale. ottima struttura con colazione e cena da 5*****. a due passi da Vipiteno in zona tranquilla. Stanze comode e pulite con tutto il necessario per una vacanza relax. Ambiente moderno ma allo stesso caratteristico.

Abendessen sehr gut, Zimmer durchschnittlich
Freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Abendessen zu fairen Preisen. Zimmer wirklich sauber, aber sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Kleiner an der Wand hängender Kühlschrank machte Geräusche, wir hätten ihn jedoch auch abstellen können. Die Handbrause in der Dusche hat leider eine Wasserspartaste, die während des Duschens immer gedrückt gehalten werden muss.
Bezüglich der Umweltfreundlichkeit war beim Frühstück fast alles einzeln verpackt (Butter, Marmelade, Frischkäse, Nutella). Im Badezimmer hingegen waren Flüssigseife und Duschgel in einem Spender, hier war jedoch nicht zu erkennen, um welches Produkt es sich handelt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sehr viele Kinder da, also ein durchaus familienfreundliches Hotel.
Der Zimmerpreis erscheint mir für das Zimmer an sich zu hoch. 4-Sterne sicherlich nicht mit 4-Sternen in Deutschland vergleichbar.
Schwimmbad sah sehr schön aus.

Una vacanza all’insegna del confort con particolare attenzione ai bambini, cibo eccellente e relax nella piscina dell’hotel. Da consigliare e da tornarci magari in estate. Se proprio devo fare un appunto avrei migliorato l’arredamento della camera un po’ basic e non nuovissimo ma con l’accoglienza ricevuta ci si può passare sopra. Bravi!

Personale gentilissimo, struttura molto bella, pulizia eccellente, cibo buonissimo e buffet molto ricco, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (considerati i giorni appena precedenti il Natale). Assolutamente consigliato! Dovendo tornare nella stessa zona lo prenderemo sicuramente di nuovo in considerazione!!!!!!!!!

Personale estremamente gentile e attento alle esigenze anche dei più piccoli. Gli ambienti sono luminosi e spaziosi, anche le camere hanno ogni comfort per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Ottima la cucina, piatti curati e di ottima qualità. C’è sempre la proprietà del menu bambini per chi ne ha necessità. La zona relax è ben curata: è presente la piscina e la sauna; l’orario per la piscina va ponderato perché dalle 16.30 in poi si trovano molti ospiti.
