This was the second time of stopping overnight in this hotel. Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Pillows were a little too high and firm- personal preference for softer pillows. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, choices varied.

Rooms were nice service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was well stocked and laid out and it was close to an excellent restaurant

It was a good stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast each morning was good, as well as the facilities (swimming pool, hot tub and fitness centre). The hotel was close to amenities in Camrose. I would stay in this hotel for future visits.

The staff went above and beyond after my wife had surgery to help with her special requests. The hotel is also clean and quiet, and the breakfast was good

Stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament. The stay was not worth the price we paid, hotel was expensive and dated. The room needs improvements, it was loud and older. Pool wasn't fully working and the water was cold.

I thought the pool and waterslide were absolutely wonderful for me and the kids - very clean and a large area to frolic in! The rooms were larger that many, everything was clean, and smiling and helpful staff helped smooth a difficult trip.

Need to check pool area's for cleanliness and proper operation on hot tub jets . Also monitor who is entering area and following the rules. Address any improper conduct and deal with it promptly . As when people come here to relax it is nice to see cleanliness, and peace, and quiet .

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Overall the stay was enjoyable, rooms are clean, kid enjoyed the pool, and staff were friendly. Check in was 2 hours later than expected. I wish the front counter would have communicated that to me as I was told my room would be ready shortly. Instead of waiting 2 hours in the lobby, I would have used my time differently. Otherwise my stay was enjoyable.
