The snack bars, especially the one by the sea, are a particular favorite. The beach is close by, making it convenient to walk, and the water (in September) is very warm. I’d like to highlight the coziness and great atmosphere, whether you want some solitude or enjoy being in a lively company. There are fun parties, and also a room for work or quiet relaxation. Отдыхали в июне 2024. Единственный плюс этого отеля - это цена, было очень дёшево. Теперь к минусам. Еда. Её мало и она однообразная: рыба и курица, рыба костлявая, курица пересушенная. Свинины не было за 7 дней ни разу, иногда бывала печень, но приготовлена плохо. В принципе, всё приготовлено не очень: ни соли, ни перца, всё пресное, выбора никакого. Что в обед не съели - на ужин доедите. Из фруктов: бананы, сливы, абрикосы, иногда зелёный арбуз. Сладости никакие, как и всё остальное. Вообщем, с голоду, конечно, не умрёте, но удовольствия точно не получите. Мы ходили в мигрос, закупались сладостями, и кушали в местных кафешках. Кофе в столовой из кофемашины невкусный, как и чай, собственно. Соки непонятные, невкусные, фрешей не увидела. Сервис. Здесь вообще... Его нет. За 7 дней в номере убрали 1 раз. В номере в холодильнике одна полторалитровая бутылка воды. Никто нам больше не принёс ни разу, сами ходили набирали в столовой. Чай, кофе в номере были, но пару пакетиков самого дешёвого, и потом никто не пополнял. Сам отель чистотой далеко не блещет, не видела никакого старания от персонала. Номерной фонд. Это вообще жуть. Нас поселили через дорогу во второй корпус. Вообще не понятен принцип распределения номеров, крайне не удобно. Сначала засунули нас на чердак, прямо под крышу, там жара невыносимая и кондиционер почти не дует. Через 2 часа ругани, нашелся номер на 2 этаже. Номер очень маленький. Очень жарко в номере. Но! Вода греется от солнца и горячая вода в душе была только в обед, до 4 дня примерно, утром и вечером - ледяная. Пляж. На пляже есть бар. В нем для гостей отеля есть кофемашина с невкусным кофе и автомат с невкусным соком и водой. Остальное в баре платно и довольно дорого, например, чашечка хорошего кофе, сваренного в турке - 2.5 евро, пиво - 10 евро. Сам пляж такой же неубранный, как и отель. Лежаки есть, старенькие, поношенные, не очень много. Вообще территория отеля на пляже небольшая. Галька крупноватая, босиком больно. Идти от отеля до пляжа пешком минут 7. Утром ничего, а в обед на улице+40, жарковато возвращаться. Кстати, в бассейне в отеле шезлонгов очень мало, и персонал за ними не следит. Мы занимали шезлонг перед уходом на море, в обед пришли, а вещи наши лежат просто в клумбе, а на лежаках лежат. Пошли на ресепшен, они самоустранились, говорят, лежаков мало, поэтому бронь не действует. А, да, пляжные полотенца в отеле платно, 5 евро. Итого. Я такого ужаса нигде не встречала, конечно, отель не посоветую и врагу. Сам поселок неплохой, море хорошее, чистое.

I would definitely recommend this hotel - not only for the choice of food which supplied throughout the day, but also due to the efficiency and kind nature of the staff. My own personal observation is that when the food is due to be allowed to be chosen to pick your choice, other personnel that are from parts of Europe RUSH UP…….. taking food, just like its the very last day on earth with with NO OTHER FOOD available!!! Maybe this is a custom that “them and those” are accustomed too in THEIR country - during OKTOBER FEST BEER festival 👀😳 just ruins it for us that just want to have a relaxing time! - ADVICE IN ACVANCE…… get up early to put your towel on a sunlounger - so that they DON'T get hoovered up by these selfish/Gready Individuals…….. Whom THEN choose to take a day trip away from the hotel…… returning to expect their spaces to be kept! 😉 i know its part of there mindset…. But would be nice if the hotel would stop this practice carrying on! On a MORE positive note, i really count not fault the internal staff, they where FANTASTIC! All areas kept clean - staff VERY friendly and helpful and if you need to relax gain your strength and mussle composition - The Elephant Spa…… ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC experience!!! Too the degree, its Made me want to give my Partner one every month, with the equipment i purchased in the local stores accross the road…….. Not forgetting the (SILVER 925) jewellers at the left hand side (same row next to the cash point) coming from the hotel, whom firstly, sold my a FANTASTIC OPAL stoned Braclet for my Long Term Partner….. Of which i returned to have my Crusifix repaired……. For less than £8 (400 Turkish L) of which in Gloucestershire - i would have paid around £60GBP! 😳……😁😉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤗 Thank you for a fantastic time and experience - which has NOW broken my holiday drought for over 13 years - keep doing this Service TUi 😉👌🏾

Really good food and best animation team. You can go to the club in kemer with animation team so was nice. Food was awesome good desers and chicken . In hotel are ice creams in paper so it was a good surprise. The drinks are with good alcohol and even cola or sprite is full of flavour

Замечательный мини-отель с домашней атмосферой. Отдыхали здесь вдвоем две недели, с 13 до 26 сентября 2024 года. Не было времени на бронирование тура, поэтому приехали самостоятельно и ни разу не пожалели. Вообще, самостоятельные поездки всегда открывают казалось бы такие знакомые страны с новой стороны. Сам городок Чамьюва очень зеленый, удобно расположен - вы можете прогуляться по горам в райскую бухту в сторону Фазелиса или доехать до самого древнего города, также мы уже второй раз поднимались на вершину Чалыш, что между Кемером и Киришем, а затем спускались по лесу в бухту ”больших камней” или же, как ее называют местные, ”аквариум”. Плюсы отеля: 1) бесплатный и очень хороший завтрак, после которого даже можно не обедать. Разнообразные сыры, колбасы, свежий хлеб и овощи, хлопья, яйца и многое другое. 2) свой пляж - он небольшой, обустроенный, ухоженный и здесь нет толп туристов. Работник пляжа следит за порядком и чистотой. Можно заказать еду и напитки прямо к шезлонгу. Путь пешком из отеля около 10 минут. Для волейболистов: на пляжной линии Чамьювы есть несколько сеток, на которых играют утром и ближе к закату. Берите мяч, чтобы не зависеть от аниматоров других отелей. Покрытие не очень, но играть можно. 3) всегда в доступе бесплатная вода, чай и кофе. Иногда не хватало заварного кофе, но может быть когда-то хозяева приобретут кофемашину :) 4) номера чистые и удобные. Мы жили в бунгало, до бассейна примерно 5 секунд :) Бонус: с одного из столиков открывается прекрасный вид на гору. 5) коты, живущие в отеле, просто прелесть. Одна из черных кошек (с белыми лапками - носочками) очень любит залезать на руки и мурчать. 6) чистый бассейн, прекрасная музыка по вечерам и фруктовые деревья по всей территории. Птицы поют, петухи кричат, баранов тоже можно услышать, если пройти чуть дальше по улице :) 7) доброжелательный администратор и хозяева, ни одна просьба касаемо номера или помощи, например. с заказом еды не осталась без внимания и решения. 8) шаговая доступность до всех магазинов (в том числе Мигрос) и ресторанов, остановка автобуса в Анталию, Кемер, Текирову прямо на выходе из отеля. Минусы: Для нас их не было. В Palma Rosa уже хочется вернуться... Это был замечательный отдых для души и тела. Спасибо.
