Our second visit at this lovely getaway resort! Yet again we had a lovely stay, the staff is so friendly and give excellent service, the food is tasty and decent price for a 5 star resort. We look forward to come back again.

Sheraton Can Tho The room is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. Special recognition to housekeeper Nguyen Duc Canh, whose attention to detail and meticulous care truly stand out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of selections and is of consistently good quality. The Club Lounge is clearly a highlight of the hotel experience—the décor, food presentation, and attentive service are all outstanding. Special thanks to Miss Amy Huynh the supervisor Miss Ngoan, Miss Bich, and Miss Khoa for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The reception staff and doormen are always welcoming, smiling, and ready to assist at any time, which adds to the overall positive impression. The pool and pool bar area are clean, well-maintained, and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed hotel experience.

Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet.

Quite satisfied with my hotel experience. The biggest highlights were the beautiful view and the dedicated, professional service from the staff. Amenities like the 24/7 laundry service and gym were also a huge plus, perfectly meeting guests' needs. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options.

The room has all the basics, and the staff is very friendly. I liked that the furniture had a retro feel, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The only thing that is disappointing is that there are some parts of the room that are not finished. Even though the outlets on the walls are not finished, I wish they would have blocked the hole in the ceiling. Despite these shortcomings, the good thing was the price. The prices here are crazy. For backpackers looking for cheap accommodation, there aren't many places like this.

Great location as most activities are around the hotel and within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Even the housekeeping staff keep their smile on and greeted me whenver passed by.

The facilities are old, the big bathtub is very bad to use, and the bathroom has water. The breakfast is good and very rich.

The hotel is in the top, the 3 people we crossed were super attention and helped to book a boat for the super floating market easily. A gentleman helped us fit our bike right next to! Dry garage for our bike. The room was very clean and was very clean. Super quality price ratio!

Firstly, the good stuff. The bed was very comfortable and I'd like to take the pillows home. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location is good for the waterfront though I'm unsure how Trip.com measures distances to be honest. The bathroom is very nice but the shower is for short people. Now the rest. The hotel is down a small lane and is poorly signposted. This is not a hotel with a restaurant, it's a restaurant with five rooms upstairs two flights and through the mezzanine dining room. Not for tall people either. The room was tiny. There's no fridge, no kettle but there is a cup and saucer! The bathroom has a bath which I doubt anybody would use but I guess that's what boutique is about it. Don't know. I had issues with the internet. The staff gave me the password to three networks and seemed unsure which was in use. The first morning I tried leaving the premises at 8:30am to find the front gate locked and no one about. First time ever I've been locked in a hotel. Later that day the TV went mad and kept turning itself on while the internet kept cutting out. The second morning my Vietnamese neighbours began preparations to leave at 4am making all kinds of noise until they finally left at 6am. There is not much soundproofing between rooms or between rooms and the only corridor access.
