Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Charmant Suites and ended up extending our visit by an extra two nights. Our room was spacious for two people, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with great amenities. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal, right in the centre of town yet surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for a few laps before enjoying the buffet breakfast each morning, which offered a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money. A special mention goes to Mr. Truyen Ngo, who was incredibly helpful in arranging our transport from Cần Thơ to Ho Chi Minh City. His assistance made our onward journey smooth and completely stress free. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, polite, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cần Thơ.

I had a good stay at V Luna Hotel in Can Tho. The room was clean and everything was well maintained. The only downside is that the entire exterior wall is made of floor-to-ceiling glass, and the sun heats up the room extremely bad. Without the air conditioning running non-stop, the temperature becomes almost unbearable. If you’re sensitive to heat, keep this in mind. Other than that, everything was fine.

Absolutely the best value hotel in the area. They allow us an early check in which is great as we had just alighted from a 13 hour bus ride. There is a nice swimming pool on the rooftop which provides paranomic view of the mekong river Delta. The gym is new and well maintained. The hotel is right in the center of night market and a stone throw away from the harbour where we went for the mekong river morning cruise. Will definitely come back again.

Quite satisfied with my hotel experience. The biggest highlights were the beautiful view and the dedicated, professional service from the staff. Amenities like the 24/7 laundry service and gym were also a huge plus, perfectly meeting guests' needs. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options.

Great location as most activities are around the hotel and within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Even the housekeeping staff keep their smile on and greeted me whenver passed by.

I booked this hotel last minute after deciding to leave where I had planned to stay overnight. There weren’t a lot of economical choices remaining. The hotel lobby is somewhat lavish, the room I had was basic, but clean (especially compared to where I’d left!), and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin, so you can hear folks in the hallway, and the hotel is generally a little worn. But a good value for the price.

The hotel is in the top, the 3 people we crossed were super attention and helped to book a boat for the super floating market easily. A gentleman helped us fit our bike right next to! Dry garage for our bike. The room was very clean and was very clean. Super quality price ratio!

Firstly, the good stuff. The bed was very comfortable and I'd like to take the pillows home. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location is good for the waterfront though I'm unsure how Trip.com measures distances to be honest. The bathroom is very nice but the shower is for short people. Now the rest. The hotel is down a small lane and is poorly signposted. This is not a hotel with a restaurant, it's a restaurant with five rooms upstairs two flights and through the mezzanine dining room. Not for tall people either. The room was tiny. There's no fridge, no kettle but there is a cup and saucer! The bathroom has a bath which I doubt anybody would use but I guess that's what boutique is about it. Don't know. I had issues with the internet. The staff gave me the password to three networks and seemed unsure which was in use. The first morning I tried leaving the premises at 8:30am to find the front gate locked and no one about. First time ever I've been locked in a hotel. Later that day the TV went mad and kept turning itself on while the internet kept cutting out. The second morning my Vietnamese neighbours began preparations to leave at 4am making all kinds of noise until they finally left at 6am. There is not much soundproofing between rooms or between rooms and the only corridor access.
