The hotel is in a great location, guarding the ferry terminal and a five-minute walk from the Trojan Horse. Breakfast buffet, two cannons from 1915 are on the side of the hotel. Valet parking solves a big problem for travelers who drive.

The hotel is located at the ferry port. The bus stop for the long-distance bus transfer center is at the door. Opposite is the food street. The Naval Museum and the castle are within walking distance. The location is excellent. The station to Troy is not far away. The breakfast is acceptable. Overall The equipment and service level are close to four stars. I would recommend it.

We were searching for a clean rooms with reasonable price, and kind personal, with parking and buffet breakfast. Finding Artur Hotel was like a miracle for us. At reception there were two kind and helping ladies, Yeliz and Sanem, and also Faruk, who guided us to visit the rooms. We will have a good and relaxing night with a refreshing sleep after around 20 days of traveling in Turkey by car. Thank you very much, Yeliz, Sanem and Faruk.

Stayed here a couple of nights. Nice central location just a minute or so from the main promenade. Very central mcdonalds next door and plenty of other places to eat or drink nearby. Staff were polite. Breakfast very good. Wifi was a bit sketchy but still worked.

Great location! This hotel is perfect as a base for exploring Canakkle. It was clean and comfortable 3 star hotel. Breakfast is included too & was a traditional turkey breakfast. staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but is perfect if you just need a room to sleep in.

Location is spot on! Close to all the action and ferry service. Plenty of eateries and shopping. Highlight for us was the wonderful reception staff. The english speaking female receptionist went above and beyond for us several times. Helping us find a local english speaking pharmacist and helping us navigate our way around the bus system as we made our way into Greece was exceptional and very much appreciated. Room was adequate in size, but super clean and serviced daily.

Merhabalar, Eşimle mecburi 1 gecelik Çanakkale ziyaretimiz için gelip de bir kaç oteli gezdikten sonra karar kıldığımız otel burasi oldu. Tertemiz bir otel. Personelleri guler yüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle resepsiyonda bulunan ve canla basla, tum iyi niyetiyle calisan Furkan Bey e ayrica tesekkur ediyorum. Huzur veren yemek salonu , şehrin merkezindeki konumu da tercih nedenlerimizden. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

25 - 27 Mart tarihinde Eşim ve 2 çocuğumla kaldık. Öncelikke Veli beye çok teşekkür ediyorum, çok ilgili ve alakalı. Oda onlarak ferah güzel, temizlik güzel hijyenik, konum olarak güzel, kahvaltı olarakda güzel. Otele girişte Listeden ne yemek istediğinizi ve saat kaçta hazır olmasını istediğinizi seçiyorsunuz ve ona göre hazır eyorlar. İlk defa böyle şey gördüm ve çok beğendim, israf edilmiyor. Yemekten ve konaklamadan ziyade benim için en önemlisi ilk girişteki atmosfer ve personelin güler yüzü. Sadece Veli bey değil, çalışan tüm personelden Allah razı olsun.
