Fabulous new spa, excellent massage. Staff wonderful (except man with glasses on reception - unhelpful). Breakfast superb. Dinner room too hot, meals beautifully presented and staff fab, taste not as good. Bar area very 80’s and a bit stiff. We had a gala dinner in the middle of the week, presentation fab, taste not as good, music dreadful. Hotel room, a lot of furniture in room, bed hard, pillows awful, duvet lifeless. Room good size and safe in room and plenty of storage, bathroom v good. Hotel v clean. Mini bus service to ski lift v good, excellent driver, but if you happen to arrive back into town in the afternoon before 3, you are stuck for an hour before they will collect you. Also if you don’t come down the cable car and ski to town there is a long long walk. Overall the hotel is wonderfully clean, amazing spa, good food, breakfast exceptional along with the amazingly kind and courteous and professional staff (except one), so a good hotel positioned at the top of town overlooking roofs and gardens.

Beautiful hotel with very updated amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and hospitable and most speak English very well. Went for a ski vacation and the hotel provides a 8 passenger shuttle bus to the gondola on a continuous loop all morning. The ride is less than 5 minutes long.

Hier is een mooie review over Hotel Cèsa Tyrol: Wij hebben onlangs genoten van een fantastisch verblijf in Hotel Cèsa Tyrol en kunnen niets anders zeggen dan dat dit een absolute aanrader is. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door het supervriendelijke personeel, dat er alles aan doet om je thuis te laten voelen. Hun gastvrijheid en oog voor detail maken het verblijf echt speciaal. De kamers zijn ronduit prachtig. Ze zijn ruim, stijlvol ingericht en bieden alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Het oog voor detail in de inrichting geeft een gevoel van luxe en ontspanning. Bovendien is alles perfect schoon en verzorgd. Het culinaire aanbod is een hoogtepunt op zich. De keuken is geweldig en biedt een grote variatie aan heerlijke gerechten, van lokale specialiteiten tot internationale klassiekers. Elke maaltijd is een feestje voor de smaakpapillen. Je merkt dat hier met liefde en passie wordt gekookt. Het wellnesscentrum is werkelijk de kers op de taart. Het is een oase van rust en schoonheid, perfect om helemaal tot jezelf te komen na een dag vol activiteiten. Of je nu kiest voor een ontspannende sauna, een jacuzzi of een ander wellnessritueel, het voelt als pure verwennerij. Kortom, Hotel Cèsa Tyrol biedt een ervaring die luxe, gastvrijheid en ontspanning perfect combineert. Wij kijken nu al uit naar ons volgende bezoek. Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van 5 personen een week in 2 junior suites. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, het personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het eten was geweldig, het kerstdiner super en de wellness is echt heerlijk!!! Perfecte shuttle service naar de skilift

What an amazing stay at this hotel for new year. Lovely room, spacious loads of storage and great view over the town and mountains. Food was incredible, everything you could want with the most delicious deserts a speciality. Very good varied menu, new years dinner was amazing. Good shuttle service to the lift. Ski bus just down the road if you need to go to other lifts. The spa was top notch, all brand new various stems bath saunas and even a snow shower !!❄️ Boot room large enough, with heated boot warmers. Service room for snowboards/ skis. All in all 5 star.⭐

Perfect in every way! Rooms were enormous and very comfortable - lovely bedding, soft pillows, robes / slippers , brilliant shower and a cosy rustic feeling. Hotel is located just above the town so incredibly peaceful with a view over the church and town. Outdoor Hot tub on the 2nd floor overlooks the church / town - so beautiful and rejuvenating after a day of skiing! My mum and I enjoyed the first class spa in the basement - Japanese vibe with so many saunas : steams : hot pool : showers etc - the best spa I’ve ever been too. Food was fabulous - we all loved the buffet breakfast and dinner buffet starters. The dinner menus were varied , interesting and yummy! Our waiters Christian, Phillipo and Alessandro were brilliant :-) The bar is really cosy with comfy seating and cushions and live piano music - magic. All of the staff were professional , kind and personable - I felt so relaxed and looked after throughout our stay :-) .My kids (10&12) LOVED the games room and the bowling - just amazing to have this for families ! We would love to come again - why isn’t it 5 * !! And the skiing is fantastic with a super efficient hotel ski bus ! Thank you for a fantastic holiday :-)
