⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay – highly recommended! We visited in week 10 of 2026 and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. Our luggage was quickly taken care of, and the overall level of cleanliness and service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food was exceptional. Dinner each evening was beautifully presented and of very high quality, and the breakfast buffet was both inviting and flexible, with the option to order exactly what you wanted. Before arriving, we were slightly concerned about the distance to the ski lift, but this turned out to be no issue at all. The hotel’s shuttle ran constantly, and we never waited more than a few minutes. The driver was always friendly and very helpful, also assisting with skis. Overall, a top-quality stay that we can highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Super Hotel and best rated 4* but with 5* food and leisure facilities. beautiful rooms and top class service from all staff. The friendliness and interaction with all the staff including the owners make this a really great experience not to be overlooked if travelling to the Dolomite area of Italy. The buffet selection of salads and such variety of bite sized meats, vegies and cheeses before we sat down to be served our evening meal was only beaten by the deserts which were an artistic tasting wonderland (see pic) A most enjoyable stay in one of the best ski areas in the world, Val di Fassa, Very modern, large and varied spa area in the basement topped by the infinity pool on the 2nd floor looking out over the town of Canazei and the surrounding mountains see pic. Worth coming for this alone especially sitting in this outdoor pool with the snow falling all around. Great week

A fantastic hotel with fantastic mountain views. Large luxurious modern rooms with private lanais. Great property with excellent staff. Was looking forward to eating out, but breakfast and dinner in the hotel was fantastic, best staff and a great value. All in one of my favorite locations on the planet, even has a waterfall next to it. Top spot!

Amazing hotel, nothing was too much for staff who genuinely were helpful and cheerful. Food amazing and spa gym even bowling alley all used and appreciated. We enjoyed guided walks and gala night was fun too! No bad experiences to mention whatsoever, thank you !

Good for Sellaronda Stayed here to do the Sellaronda. It was the perfect spot as the hotel guests have discount at the bike store closest to the cable car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A warm welcome even at a late hour. Lovely room with a perfect view. All staff were helpful and friendly. The position of the hotel was elevated but still handy for village. Plenty of chair lifts and cable cars in the valley to get you up for great views of the Dolomites. Food was plentiful and varied.

Need to go by shuttle to lift

Beautiful hotel with very updated amenities. Excellent restaurant and bar. The staff are very friendly and hospitable and most speak English very well. Went for a ski vacation and the hotel provides a 8 passenger shuttle bus to the gondola on a continuous loop all morning. The ride is less than 5 minutes long.

Fabulous new spa, excellent massage. Staff wonderful (except man with glasses on reception - unhelpful). Breakfast superb. Dinner room too hot, meals beautifully presented and staff fab, taste not as good. Bar area very 80’s and a bit stiff. We had a gala dinner in the middle of the week, presentation fab, taste not as good, music dreadful. Hotel room, a lot of furniture in room, bed hard, pillows awful, duvet lifeless. Room good size and safe in room and plenty of storage, bathroom v good. Hotel v clean. Mini bus service to ski lift v good, excellent driver, but if you happen to arrive back into town in the afternoon before 3, you are stuck for an hour before they will collect you. Also if you don’t come down the cable car and ski to town there is a long long walk. Overall the hotel is wonderfully clean, amazing spa, good food, breakfast exceptional along with the amazingly kind and courteous and professional staff (except one), so a good hotel positioned at the top of town overlooking roofs and gardens.
