It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

Hotel is nice , clean , have a beautiful sunset view. Have a different buffet and restaurant to choose from, many bars ) really comfortable stay .

Look very careful in what this hotel is offering you I paid more than 400 per night and I was not allowed to use a swimming pool or not all drinks were included even though it was supposed to be all included I understand if they tel you ahead of time but not when I am asking for a drink or try to swing in their swimming pool Not cool I like traveling and I hate hotels like this Hidden charges They can easily screw up your vacation

The service attitude of the hotel is quite good. There are many kinds of food. You can basically eat from waking up to going to bed. The environment is beautiful and it is a good hotel experience.

I made a reservation in the hotel zone because the price was reasonable and the facilities looked good, but the food was delicious, the sea was beautiful, and there were many fun programs, so it was regrettable to leave.

It's pretty average, with average facilities, but the vacation feeling of a foreign hotel is still much better.

The location is good and the beach is very delicate. It is the best beach. But the room is not as luxurious as the photo, and the facilities are also very old. The bath water always had a strange smell... I won't stay here again.

there was nothing unique about the property ,overpriced restaurant service was very poor ,food was basic nothing new cheap liquor.never to go back again.

This was our first time in Cancun and we overall enjoyed our time. First off, the smell and fragrance in the lobby is AMAZING right from the first step in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we first arrived, we were able to store our bags with the bell hop and go enjoy the beach while waiting for our room to be ready. The beach and pool area is clean and enjoyable. However, half of the seating area is reserved for diamond members. After exploring, it looks like upgrading to Diamond status at this resort comes with a lot a lot of perks. If you're able to afford it, we definitely recommend it, but we did not have that status. The ocean view rooms are defined the best! That view is incomparable! We had to switch rooms after the first few days due to noise and finding a Mexican cucaracha in our room. But that's expected in a hot climate like this. We didn't see any more cucarachas after this one incident. Switching rooms was very easy and smooth. I personally found the resort very stylish and beautiful, but my boyfriend's keen eye noticed unfinished spots in certain areas like peeling wallpaper and rusting outside railings. Additionally, the elevators took a bit long to come sometimes and were very full. The staff were all very helpful and hardworking. Especially the outdoor bar and munchies area staff, specifically Mario, Eber, Jonathan, and others whose names we have forgotten but who we very much appreciated. Overall, big thumbs up and thank you!!
