There were no towels in the room, so I told them to leave them so they could come in when I wasn't there, but when I went out, there were no towels. When I inquired, the staff said they were busy. He then gave me a handkerchief and a small towel. The water smells and the towels are dirty. Employees do not know information about the restaurant

Everything was so convenient and close to the hotel. Very safe as well. I liked the fact you can do the Covid test within the hotel and it’s super quick.

Very ugly pillows. You do not rest. Few rounds on the beach to offer drinks. Generally good.

I liked the hotel although it is small and some restaurants were closed it was good, the breakfast is not that rich but the snacks and dinner are delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, highlighting Martin from bellboy, Moisés and Fermín from the bar from the pool, incredible!

There was a problem with the air conditioning and the temperature never went down. Later, I changed the room and it improved. However, the first time the front desk asked me to check out at 11 o'clock and check in at 2 o'clock, which was completely inappropriate. It's their problem to think about 2. The new room was actually opened to other tourists the day after I checked in. They opened the door and came in while I was still sleeping. Then I called the front desk without a single apology. 3. I was told to ask for a bracelet when checking out, otherwise I would be fined 100. I didn’t explain it clearly when I checked in. Later I went back to the room to find it myself. 4. The food quality needs to be improved and the freshness is not enough. 5. The overall service awareness of employees is very average This is the worst stay experience I have ever had. If you don’t care about the experience and just want to enjoy the sea and beach, then you can stay. Otherwise, I advise you to choose other hotels.

If you're expecting a superlative five-star hotel, you might be disappointed, but if you can book at an all-inclusive and cheap price, you'll be very happy. The air conditioning and facilities in the lobby felt old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi was weak at times, but the location, pool, and beach view made up for it.
