Muy buen lugar, tranquilo, cómodo y seguro, buenas y confortables habitaciones, bonito entorno fuera de ellas, solo debe mejorar un poco en el restaurante ya que su menú es poco variado y no tiene todo lo ofrecido en la carta, no está funcionando el spa, no pudiendo tomar lo ofrecido en el paquete vacacional

Excelente estadía. Laguna Suites es un resort pequeño pero muy acogedor, limpio y de buena comida. Las comidas en el restaurante supero mis expectativas. Los alimento bien cocido y de buena calidad. El personal es muy amable y servicial: Capt. Benito, Chef Cristóbal, Juan y el personal del desayuno. La habitación era cómoda y bien atendida. La pasamos muy bien, sin estres.

Ese hotel lo unico bueno fue el trato que me ofrecio el personal q trabaja alli , habitaciones no aptas para alquilar sin agua caliente , comida escasa , demasiado olor desagradable a humedad en las habitaciones , musica con muy alto volumen . No actividades recreativas . Buen servicio de transporte desde el aerop y para visitar otros lugares

Awesome the place is nice and clean the staff are all friendly from the front desk information, to the food services and to all the people out there room are always cleaning everyday nice pool and ambience of course hopefully will be back soon for sure thanks to all of you guys.

Great experience, thanks to the amazing chambermaid Paola valentin. She arranged our rooms perfectly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend her services as well as the nice cooks at the restaurant.

Las habitaciones estaban impecablemente limpias y bien equipadas, pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue el trato humano. El equipo de recepción fue siempre cordial, mientras que el personal de limpieza se adaptó a nuestros horarios, respetando nuestro espacio. En el restaurante, su personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, ofreciendo sugerencias personalizadas para cada comida. Además de su trato, todos los servicios del hotel estaban bien mantenidos. Sin duda, la atención del equipo fue lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy grata. Agradecemos profundamente al personal de Hotel por su hospitalidad. ¡Altamente recomendable!
