Beautifully designed hostel with many amenities however the wifi didn’t work in the rooms the kitchen was kind of far from our room and some of my food went missing even though I labeled it

I arrived very early and very tired but Leonel kindly checked me into my room earlier. Very nice service and hostel seems lovely! Entrance area is very busy but personnel seems calm and super helpful to other guests as wells cannot for pool time!

The stay is super nice! The atmosphere has been great and all the staff greets you. Lionel helped us great! A lot of chill places and nice pool as well. Everything is very clean, the kitchen was also good to use. And a lot of free activities, we joined the guacemole workshop and yoga!

Pasé unos días fantásticos en este hotel. El servicio fue excepcional y el personal siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Las actividades disponibles fueron divertidas y me permitieron disfrutar y reconectar con la naturaleza de una manera única. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para escapar de la rutina y recargar energías. ¡Espero regresar pronto!

We had a great overnight stay at Mezcal hostel as a group of friends. Rooms were great, all equipped with A/C’s and very comfortable. We loved the pool, and had breakfast before leaving which was great! Lionel went over and beyond, he was super helpful and very kind! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend.

excelente ubicacion en el centro de cancun, cerca de la terminal de autobuses, supermercados y avenidas principales, personal muy amable y servicial, habitaciones amplias, comodas y limpias, entorno, amenidades y alberca muy bonitas, deliciosos platillos y refrescantes bebidas del bar y restaurante, 100% recomendable!

Los chicos de la recepción han sido muy disponibles y amables conmigo. Súper recomendado, muy bueno el ambiente música, entorno, comida, piscina, fiesta, todo ha sido excelente. Regresaré muy pronto a Cancún y me quedaré otra vez en el Mezcal !

Este hotel superó todas mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y muy cómodas, con una decoración moderna y elegante. El personal es increíblemente atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es excelente, y con fácil acceso al transporte público. Las instalaciones, están bien mantenidas y ofrecen un ambiente relajante. El restaurante del hotel sirve comidas deliciosas con una gran variedad de opciones. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que busque una gran experiencia en Cancún. ¡Volveré sin dudarlo!
