Beach and sea were way beyond expectations (clear water)

For the rest of our stay, everything was great. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming. We were supposed to check out on 19th, Jan after 12:00 pm. But at the last minute, I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was going to the last hotel to pick up my lost items and got a taxi in the lobby. After I got in the car, the driver just went back to the patio again. And one of the doormen named Juan asked me to talk to the concierge because he was worried that I was trying to escape and sneak out. I was shocked when I heard he wanted me to talk with the front desk to explain why I need to leave the hotel. I double-checked his concerns with him. He said, “yes, I was worried that you would not come back”. I was then quite furious because I haven’t checked out yet. Besides, my luggage was still in my room. I asked him to let the office talk with me in person. After a few minutes, he just closed the door for me without any explanation or apology. Our credit card is still on the profile and there is no need for an “escape from the hotel”. I never had a similar experience while I stayed in other Hyatt hotels. After I came back and reported to one of the staff working there. She only gave me a perfunctory apology. I was so disappointed with the attitude of these two associates today. This is not the kind of service I expect from Hyatt Zilara.

Customer service is really good. But restaurants are very limited and disappointing bcz only two restaurants are open for lunch :(

Best hotel in Cancun!

The room is old. The sea view suite we booked was blocked by the restaurant. We were helpless because there was no vacant room to change... The food we ate was no different from two years ago.

The facilities are old, the design is unreasonable, and the food is average. The location is excellent and the service is friendly.

I recommend the cafe in the corner of the lobby. The coffee, desserts and ice cream are top-notch and better than those in the restaurant. There are a lot of activities, the emphasis is on participation, and it’s easy to pass the time. The balcony of the room faces the sea and the sunrise to the east, and the sunset can be seen to the east when going out. Bonus bonus: You can eat and play when you check in in the morning. You can continue eating and drinking after you get your room. After checking out, you can continue eating, drinking and having fun until 6 o'clock. If you have time, you can enjoy it.
