This hotel is not a panaiyon or an apart, it smells bad inside. Staff do not clean toilets and bathrooms. There's a dwarf beetle inside. The sink is clogged. The breakfast already sucks. Look for another place to stay. 👎🏿👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The location of the hotel is very good, it can meet my needs, the receptionist is very friendly, the room is very good and the facilities are very good. highly recommended

酒店位置不錯衞生非常糟糕睡了兩晚跟朋友身上起了很多包包，酒店隔音效果非常差房門用的材料比較廉價給人稍微不小心就會弄壞的感覺

There was one nice lady, but the rest were incredibly rude and not even bothered to be understanding. So rude

The wall that that separates the room from the hallway is made from single pane glass so every word and foot step is heard clearly. The reception team could be heard in our room from a floor away. No alcohol is aloud in the rooms.

In defense of the property did they did tell us ahead of time that the pool area would be closed. The biggest problem for us was the park that is also next to the hotel was undergoing renovations, and we did not know that either which was disappointing… Secondly, when you use the bathroom on the top floor where the restaurant is because they have the pool area closed off that is where the sink is to wash your hands so you have no area to wash your hands, which was not only inconvenient, but rather disgusting. All that said, I would give the hotel a second chance once everything is up and running, because I think it is a diamond in the rough for the area it is located.

In old Cancun so not in bar scene part. If you want to see old part and markets, stores it’s ok. Mardi gras parade on Saturday nights 2 blocks over

Doors to the rooms are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and stairwell. Also can hear noise like dogs barking outside. The shower head was basically a stream

Overall the Hotel was good enough to enjoy our Vacation. The room was clean, the bed was combatable and the check-in and out process was fast. My only concerns about this Hotel was the amount of Gnats that appeared in the room and the nose levels, as everything is echoed though out and the fact that my room did not have a widow. But for the price it was worth it, however next time I would spend the extra money for a resort.
