Hotel was horrible service horrible, from the time I arrive the room was wrong no ac stayed in the room 3 days with no air condition when they finally moved my room a day before leaving . They treated the kids so bad not to mention roaches in hotel , food was not good, smh I will never recommend this hotel to anyone going forward

Good , small resort but everything including, staff friendly

チェックイン可能時間の前から、荷物を預けたり着替えたり食事を楽しむことが自由にでき、融通が効いてありがたかったです。

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food.
I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.

Indeed, everything is included, even alcohol, beer without limit, strong alcohol. Moreover, it is of high quality. In the unlimited restaurant you can eat delicacies such as crab and shrimp. Various meats.


What darkened the rest - they stole the Adidas slates immediately upon arrival .. I'm posting a photo of them. The saddest thing was stolen right in front of the camera. I filed a complaint about the incident, they kindly promised to figure it out, but they did not break up and did not show the video from the camera. And also in the room on the hanger there was corrosion and having hung a white T-shirt - he immediately ruined it. A strip of corrosion remains. so check the hangers !! They can be corroded !! Mess things up

Eat well in the evening.
There is nothing to eat and drink in the room. It's just that the restaurant always has it. Next time, I will probably choose.
