My worst experience in Cancun. I love Cancun and come to it a lot, and I am used to completing all reservations after careful research before traveling, but only this time and because of a circumstance related to my friend, I traveled without completing the reservations and during the urgent search I found that this all-inclusive resort He announced a price reduction, and with a quick search on YouTube and reviews on Google, I decided to book a room in it, and this is what I consider to be one of the biggest scams that I have fallen into in my life. I don't know why some reviews indicate that it is a good resort and the service is good and everything is good. What is their goal and who they are I do not know, but I advise not to believe them and everything I write is a personal opinion. I've been to a lot of resorts and hotels in Cancun, Cozumel, and Tulum (that's about Mexico). This is the worst place without competition. I'm trying to find some positives to write but for me I haven't seen anything better here than other hotels. As for the negatives, they are very many, and in short, I will mention some of them. Good customer service at the beginning, but it turns into worse customer service if you demand a solution to the problems you face, and kind words turn into mockery as soon as you ask for what you paid for. For example, the reservation says that the wifi is free, and in fact it is free only near the information desk, as the information man told me when I showed him the reservation email, which it mentioned that the wifi is free. He told me exactly, we didn't write free wifi in the rooms. We only wrote free wifi. The other problem is mosquitoes. We started the war against mosquitoes in the room from the time of reception 3 pm to 6 pm, and we were unable to win, and we were exposed to mosquito bites at night. The other problem is that some sources of electricity weren't good, there wasn't power in the most important one, which is near the bed, and therefore you have to charge the mobile phone far away, and you cannot turn on the light near you. The other problem is the AC in the bedroom was making an annoying sound. The other problem is that we paid for an all-inclusive reservation, and this means that we can get all kinds of food for three meals, according to what is written in the reservation. In fact, it did not happen. The receptionist told me that we were not able to get one of the meals, and this is contrary to what was written in the reservation email, which i received from trip.com after the booking sent to us. The other problem is that the water park was closed, and when we asked about the reason, everyone said, "I don't know. also about the food, not all items are free, as some types have prices written on them and you must pay to get them. The available options are very limited. and most of the chairs near the sea are broken, and the large places have the word reserved written on them, and no one used them throughout our time near the sea. That's not all, but I wrote a lot and that's enough. There are more bad things, but many details must be mentioned to explain them. Don't be fooled by the price, it's a trap.
