The food's great! Staff is really helpful and pleasant and always present whenever needed. Avi, Sumanta, Rahul, Raju, Rakesh, Sanjeb, Prajwal, Srinidhi, Subadhra and Shalendra, chef Pradeep- they all were really warm and gave a personalized touch throughout. With a heart full of gratitude and good food, we loved their service and send our heartfelt thanks their way!

The guest relations team needs to get their act together for a pleasant customer experience. I have discussed this feedback with vicky. The person who checked me in did not follow up on my check-in request demonstrating zero responsibility. I would like to call out linda, sandeep, and the housekeeping team for their excellent service though. They were stellar. The place is nice - gives you an old world, goan feel.

Not worth paying price of 5 star property, since rooms are like 3 star. Average rooms with no maintainence. It mentions 4 mins walk to beach while its more than 10mins

Wonderful experience with novotel resort in goa, nicely maintained property with all the necessary amenities specially for kids. Food is very delicious with lots of varieties maintaining high quality standards, i would like to recommend everyone to must visit novotel for making their experience memorable

The property is bit old, rooms are smaller and doesnt look clean. Washroom area though is perfect. Food in general lacks variety

BEST AND MIND BLOWING EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH NOVOTEL CLEANING AND SERVICES ARE REALLY GOOD AND FRONT OFFICE STAFFS ARE REALLY HELPFULL Special thanks to Avinash and Manadavi for helping us and taking care of us on the stay and we really enjoyed our stay
