Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

Overall excellent experience. We were impressed by the entire staff, especially “Raju” who took care of my family very well. Very humble guy. Kudos to you! Very hospitable staff who accommodated our requests … Amazing food and great complimentary breakfast options

This was unfortunately the worst hotel I have ever stayed in India. I have travelled a lot in India and was shocked that this was a 5 star hotel. What is disappointing is that people might come to India for the first time, think this is a representation of 5 star hotels in India. When in reality this is more of a 2 star hotel. There was no hot water, the pillows were terrible(dirty), someone came into our room when the not now sign was on the room(and all of our valuables were just in the room), the tissue rolls were paper, and the design of the bathroom was just terrible. All of this would’ve been fine if the hotel was cheap and not advertised as a 5 star, but if it is $220 american dollars it needs to be better than this.

The food was excellent. Specially the white sauce penne pasta that has been served and also the green chillies. And also the menu has a lot of options loved the service and good friendly amenities. Special thanks to Nisha and chef anish . Thanks to Rohan for the suggestions of beach’s.

The staff of really awesome especially Shrinidhi , rahul , vaibhav , shailender were amazing the food ,the menu , the breakfast was amazing the service was nice . Novotel resort and spa was a good choice to stay happy with stay as we visit regular it never disappoint as

The service is really great . Specially the vegetarian part. The side dishes were really good also the alacart have alot of different menu items loved them and the breakfast buffet was really good. The hot beverage like tea,coffee were good . The resturant service was great special thank to Nisha doley and prasenjit from the restaurant by Sunil Sharma from room no. 225,226,227.

We just checked in and everything is lovely so far. Had an incredible meal at Forno Tinto (even as late as we checked in the staff was ready and willing to help us with dinner). Food was absolutely delicious and service was friendly and attentive. Anish was wonderful and we were visited by Alex of the culinary staff as well. Can’t wait to spend two more days exploring everything here!
