Real value for money. Tucked away from bustling crowd but closer to the beach this is an ideal location. Staffs are polite and spacious clean rooms. Breakfast is not so great and there is room for improvement. Overall good experience especially special request like early check in , breakfast packing were done without any additional cost.

The poorest of poor service. Pathetic rooms, this should be better known as a budget hotel and no comparison to a 4 star. Dirty bathrooms, filthy linen, poor restaurant meals. You have much better hotels in the vicinity at similar prices. A BIG NO FOR THIS PROPERTY

Terrible stay and services
It's in candolim which is very good place but the hotel is totally surrounded by local people huts, the worst scenery arround the hotel, swimming pool was okk okk clean, bathroom was third class and very dirty, bed was also dirty if the hotel is taking 2000 rs a night then it's worthy but seeing it 4 star hotel i spent 4800 per room per night which is totally waste

The resort De Altrus is good and staff and owner Mr.Rajesh Yadav is very supportive and co-operative. Food is okay but I have gives stars only and only staff and owner's co-operation and support. Rooms needs more improvement and A.C service

The place is extremely disorganized. We travelled all the way to Goa and when we entered into the hotel entrance it's a badly stink. We had changed 3 rooms but AC is not working in any room which they allocated to us and rooms have very bad odur. Cleanliness was extremely poor. whole day of travelling not taking single food, we thaught took dinner directly after reaching hotel but food is also tasteless and worst. The floor is so filthy that the soles of our feet turned black within 15 minutes of us walking around our room. No kettle and accompaniments in the room something which is normal even the 3 star hotels. The refrigerator wire was cut which we realised and informed the staff. Till then they had no clue. It's not good place with an extremely poor management. The staff may be good but are not trained at all. Ruined the holiday for my entire family. An absolute waste of my money. Never ever go into the De Altrus resort.

Room condition was pathetic. Fungus and foul smell. House keeping very poor. Complmentary breakfast lack of variety. Not a place to stay.
